地鐵在建線路供電工程取得重大進展,涉及1號線、8號線


1號(hao)線勝利(li)橋站開閉所及外電(dian)(dian)源順利(li)送電(dian)(dian)

5月(yue)28日,青(qing)島地鐵(tie)(tie)1號線勝利(li)橋站開閉(bi)所及其外電源順利(li)完成送(song)電,為(wei)青(qing)島地鐵(tie)(tie)1號線后續“電通(tong)”提(ti)供(gong)前提(ti)條(tiao)件。

地鐵(tie)(tie)開閉所(suo)是電(dian)源(yuan)接入地鐵(tie)(tie)的“樞紐站(zhan)”,可以把它理(li)解成為地鐵(tie)(tie)運行提(ti)供能量的“心臟”。勝利橋站(zhan)開閉所(suo)承(cheng)擔著(zhu)(zhu)1號(hao)線7站(zhan)8區間總共(gong)約11公(gong)里的供電(dian)任務。青島(dao)市(shi)地鐵(tie)(tie)一號(hao)線有(you)限公(gong)司本著(zhu)(zhu)“精(jing)細管(guan)理(li),爭創一流”理(li)念(nian)主(zhu)動協調,克服了前期(qi)設備進(jin)場難度大、施工(gong)工(gong)期(qi)緊等諸多不利因素(su),通過科學合理(li)的施工(gong)組織,有(you)效避(bi)免(mian)了交叉(cha)施工(gong)。

外電源為(wei)公(gong)用變電站與地鐵(tie)開(kai)閉(bi)所的(de)(de)連接(jie)線路,是地鐵(tie)運行的(de)(de)“動力(li)血管”,為(wei)地鐵(tie)的(de)(de)動力(li)保(bao)駕護航。勝利橋開(kai)閉(bi)所的(de)(de)兩路外電源分別為(wei)水勝線、虎勝線,全線為(wei)單回35千伏高壓電纜線路。

由于工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)全線位于老城區(qu),在(zai)實際施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong)面臨重重困難:一是(shi)交叉作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)多、交通干擾大,基本在(zai)夜間施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),白天(tian)需(xu)恢復道(dao)(dao)路通車,特別是(shi)四流南路的(de)拖拉管(guan)(guan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需(xu)要穿越(yue)車道(dao)(dao),地下管(guan)(guan)線錯綜復雜且地質(zhi)不良等因(yin)素造成(cheng)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度大;二(er)是(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)條件受到局限,作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)空間小,管(guan)(guan)廊內每(mei)段電(dian)纜長度平均為420米、重達6噸,且只能(neng)靠人力將電(dian)纜抬(tai)放到2米高的(de)支架上;三是(shi)利(li)用已建的(de)老舊(jiu)管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)轉彎(wan)多且半徑小,部分電(dian)纜井(jing)深度達2.5米,積(ji)水(shui)多、管(guan)(guan)道(dao)(dao)淤堵,敷(fu)設電(dian)纜時需(xu)要不間斷(duan)進行排(pai)水(shui)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)。

為保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)兩條外電(dian)源線(xian)(xian)路如期送電(dian),一(yi)(yi)號線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司(si)及施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)一(yi)(yi)方面(mian)提前謀劃統籌(chou)安(an)排(pai)、嚴格管理責(ze)任到人,每日工(gong)(gong)程進(jin)度(du)一(yi)(yi)匯報,保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)了安(an)全、質量和進(jin)度(du)均(jun)衡有序推進(jin)工(gong)(gong)程;另一(yi)(yi)方面(mian)精心組織(zhi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)單位(wei)投入更(geng)多的人力(li)(li)(li)、物(wu)力(li)(li)(li)、精力(li)(li)(li)保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)安(an)全、質量和進(jin)度(du),采取突擊式夜間加(jia)班(ban)(ban)、節假日不間斷施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)、配(pei)備(bei)多套施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)班(ban)(ban)組等多措并(bing)舉(ju)。在青島市各相關部門、供電(dian)公(gong)司(si)的大力(li)(li)(li)支持與幫助下(xia),工(gong)(gong)程僅(jin)用(yong)4個月的時間,保(bao)(bao)質保(bao)(bao)量如期送電(dian)。

此(ci)外(wai)(wai)(wai)勝利橋開閉所(suo)外(wai)(wai)(wai)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)工程還肩負著3號線(xian)(xian)振華路(lu)站(zhan)開閉所(suo)外(wai)(wai)(wai)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)水振線(xian)(xian)改造任務(wu)和8號線(xian)(xian)閻家山開閉所(suo)外(wai)(wai)(wai)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)預留(liu)工作。水振線(xian)(xian)是(shi)青(qing)島地(di)鐵(tie)第(di)一(yi)條對已運(yun)營線(xian)(xian)路(lu)進行外(wai)(wai)(wai)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)改造的線(xian)(xian)路(lu)。

勝利橋開(kai)閉(bi)所成(cheng)功送(song)電(dian)(dian)作(zuo)為(wei)青島地鐵1號(hao)(hao)線供電(dian)(dian)系統里程(cheng)碑節點,拉開(kai)了1號(hao)(hao)線南(nan)段電(dian)(dian)通(tong)的序幕,宣告著青島1號(hao)(hao)線南(nan)段送(song)電(dian)(dian)工作(zuo)啟動,為(wei)后(hou)續中段各車(che)站電(dian)(dian)通(tong)邁出了堅實的一步,1號(hao)(hao)線各車(che)站、區間設備聯調聯試(shi)工作(zuo)不(bu)再(zai)受任何外(wai)部環(huan)境影響。

 

地(di)鐵8號線“雙接(jie)頭(tou)”分線箱順利送電

5月28日,青島地鐵8號線“雙接頭”分線箱順利完成送電,為地鐵1號線供電提供保障,也為8號線電流接入創造條件。

地鐵8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)“雙接頭(tou)”分(fen)線(xian)(xian)箱(xiang)是1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)勝(sheng)利橋(qiao)站(zhan)開(kai)閉所、8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)閆(yan)家山站(zhan)開(kai)閉所供電(dian)共(gong)接工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),由浩越(青(qing)島)建設電(dian)力工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有限公(gong)司具(ju)體實施(shi)。該(gai)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)屬(shu)于(yu)35千伏高(gao)壓施(shi)工(gong)(gong)項目,從(cong)國家電(dian)網虎山變電(dian)站(zhan)引出(chu)一路高(gao)壓電(dian)源(yuan)到(dao)分(fen)線(xian)(xian)箱(xiang),從(cong)分(fen)線(xian)(xian)箱(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)兩(liang)路電(dian)源(yuan),一路為1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)勝(sheng)利橋(qiao)站(zhan)開(kai)閉所及周邊7站(zhan)8區(qu)間(jian)(jian)約11公(gong)里(li)的(de)范圍供電(dian),一路為8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)閆(yan)家山站(zhan)開(kai)閉所南昌路北站(zhan)至紅島科技館站(zhan)6站(zhan)5區(qu)間(jian)(jian)約17公(gong)里(li)的(de)范圍供電(dian)。

本工(gong)程采用的(de)電纜(lan)為目前青島地鐵最(zui)高規(gui)格的(de)單芯高電壓電纜(lan),直徑7厘米(mi)(mi),總(zong)重量達6.5噸,需要(yao)將3根(gen)單芯電纜(lan)擺成“品”字形敷設至2米(mi)(mi)高的(de)管廊(lang)支架上固定。受管廊(lang)空間限制(高2.2米(mi)(mi),寬2米(mi)(mi)),無法(fa)使用機械(xie),施工(gong)危險系數高、難度大。

起跑即沖刺,開(kai)局即決戰!青(qing)島市地鐵(tie)八號線(xian)有(you)限公司迎(ying)難(nan)而上(shang),為滿足1號線(xian)勝利橋開(kai)站閉所5月(yue)底外部(bu)(bu)電源引入的工期需(xu)求,從3月(yue)份開(kai)始著手(shou)準(zhun)備,僅(jin)用3個月(yue)時間就完成了方案研究、圖紙設計、規劃(hua)及(ji)綠遷手(shou)續辦理、洽(qia)商進場(chang)、設備采購供貨(huo)、電力設備安裝(zhuang)調試、施工驗收(shou)、送電等全部(bu)(bu)工作。
