2月(yue)11日,農歷除夕。正值萬家歡度春節(jie)之際,伴隨著“轟隆(long)隆(long)”的巨響,百米長的城市“穿山甲(jia)”硬巖(yan)掘進(jin)機簡稱TBM破巖(yan)而出,青島(dao)地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)海泊橋站(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)青島(dao)火車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)“五區間”全(quan)部勝(sheng)利貫通(tong),青島(dao)地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)實現(xian)全(quan)線(xian)洞通(tong)。

青島地(di)鐵(tie)1號線(xian)(xian)(xian)全長約60千米,設41個(ge)(ge)車站(zhan)(zhan),全部為地(di)下站(zhan)(zhan),區間地(di)質軟硬結合,風險高、施工(gong)工(gong)藝復雜(za),北段(duan)(duan)21.9千米的線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)已于2020年底通(tong)車。今年以(yi)來,一號線(xian)(xian)(xian)公司(si)加(jia)緊(jin)對(dui)1號線(xian)(xian)(xian)南(nan)段(duan)(duan)施工(gong)進度(du)。其中,施工(gong)環境復雜(za)、施工(gong)難度(du)最大(da)的就是海(hai)泊橋站(zhan)(zhan)—青島火車站(zhan)(zhan)這五個(ge)(ge)區間。該區段(duan)(duan)自開工(gong)伊(yi)始(shi)面(mian)臨(lin)三方面(mian)主要困難:一是施工(gong)線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)最長,區段(duan)(duan)全長5.83千米,是目前國內城市地(di)鐵(tie)單臺(tai)TBM施工(gong)最長的區段(duan)(duan);二是施工(gong)場地(di)狹(xia)小,海(hai)泊橋站(zhan)(zhan)供4臺(tai)TBM同時始(shi)發;三是工(gong)況(kuang)最復雜(za),下/側(ce)穿老舊房(fang)屋(wu)105處(chu)、穿越不良地(di)質段(duan)(duan)46處(chu),線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)曲線(xian)(xian)(xian)段(duan)(duan)25處(chu),最小轉彎半徑350米,過站(zhan)(zhan)10次、始(shi)發接收20次。

在工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)建設過程(cheng)中,地鐵集團超前(qian)謀劃,精心組織,大膽(dan)創新,結合現場實際通(tong)(tong)過采用國內首(shou)創的(de)(de)(de)“連續皮帶(dai)機(ji)+垂直(zhi)儲帶(dai)倉+垂直(zhi)皮帶(dai)機(ji)+水平布(bu)料機(ji)”綜合快速(su)出渣系統,成功解決(jue)了施(shi)工(gong)(gong)線路長和施(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地狹(xia)小(xiao)的(de)(de)(de)難題;通(tong)(tong)過合理控制(zhi)掘進(jin)(jin)參數、加(jia)強地表注(zhu)漿超前(qian)預(yu)加(jia)固、洞內外(wai)聯動監測等手段成功克服(fu)復雜的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)況;創造(zao)了最高日(ri)進(jin)(jin)尺28米,最高月(yue)進(jin)(jin)尺473米的(de)(de)(de)驕(jiao)人業(ye)績。歷經(jing)了五百多(duo)個夜以(yi)繼日(ri)地艱(jian)苦鏖戰,該(gai)區段于如期順利貫(guan)通(tong)(tong),至此(ci)地鐵1號線正線區間全部貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)。這是(shi)繼北(bei)段開通(tong)(tong)試運(yun)營(ying)后又一里程(cheng)碑節(jie)點,為全線通(tong)(tong)車打下(xia)了堅實的(de)(de)(de)基(ji)礎(chu)。

在(zai)工程建(jian)設(she)過(guo)程中(zhong),一號(hao)線(xian)公司始終(zhong)堅持以人為(wei)本、科技先導、精細管(guan)理(li)、爭(zheng)創一流(liu)的管(guan)理(li)理(li)念,在(zai)做好安全管(guan)控的同(tong)時,靠前指揮,通(tong)過(guo)勞動競賽促(cu)生產,在(zai)實(shi)現(xian)北段通(tong)車的前提下同(tong)步推進南段工程建(jian)設(she),區(qu)間貫通(tong)后(hou)一號(hao)線(xian)公司將組織參加單位快速轉入后(hou)續專業(ye)施工,爭(zheng)取(qu)早(zao)日實(shi)現(xian)東西兩岸島城人民乘坐地鐵通(tong)行。

今年是(shi)我市“項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)落地年”,在(zai)建(jian)地鐵項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目(mu)將全(quan)面提(ti)(ti)速(su)。據一號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司業主代表申華偉介紹,1號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)南段的(de)加(jia)快(kuai)建(jian)設與(yu)春(chun)(chun)節、疫(yi)情(qing)相遇,為避免(mian)受到疫(yi)情(qing)的(de)重(zhong)大(da)(da)影響,一號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)部署各(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。春(chun)(chun)節前(qian)(qian)組(zu)織(zhi)人員(yuan)大(da)(da)干30天,提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)防(fang)范(fan)春(chun)(chun)節、疫(yi)情(qing)等(deng)可能延緩的(de)工(gong)(gong)期。為做好疫(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),1號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)推廣疫(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)專用通道(dao),有的(de)通道(dao)內設置(zhi)了電子化測溫設備,人員(yuan)通過自(zi)動(dong)讀(du)取體溫并(bing)記錄;同時(shi)組(zu)織(zhi)各(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)參建(jian)單位(wei)(wei)持(chi)續做好生活區、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場地內的(de)消毒(du)、消殺工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),持(chi)續做好佩戴口(kou)罩、錯(cuo)峰就餐、分(fen)(fen)桌分(fen)(fen)盒(he)就餐等(deng)疫(yi)情(qing)防(fang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。保障安(an)全(quan)質量是(shi)重(zhong)中之重(zhong),一號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)公(gong)(gong)司制定《決戰(zhan)攻(gong)堅階段十條紅線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)》,要求各(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)參建(jian)單位(wei)(wei)抓(zhua)好責任落實(shi),堅決杜(du)絕各(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)類觸(chu)碰(peng)紅線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)情(qing)況發生。春(chun)(chun)節期間1號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)全(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)有約(yue)800位(wei)(wei)管理(li)人員(yuan)和(he)約(yue)2500位(wei)(wei)一線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)作(zuo)業人員(yuan)留(liu)青(qing)過年。另外1號(hao)(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)進(jin)行了各(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)物資儲備,與(yu)供貨(huo)商預約(yue)供貨(huo),甚至有的(de)物資提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)采購儲存;提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)協(xie)調設備供貨(huo),提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)安(an)排業代分(fen)(fen)別赴各(ge)(ge)(ge)(ge)地廠家督(du)促提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)供貨(huo)并(bing)驗貨(huo),確保及(ji)時(shi)高質量到貨(huo)。

中鐵(tie)十八局項目(mu)經理(li)介紹,在(zai)地鐵(tie)集團和(he)一號(hao)(hao)線公司(si)的組織(zhi)下,中鐵(tie)十八局及1號(hao)(hao)線全線各參建單位積(ji)極響應(ying)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)號(hao)(hao)召“非必(bi)要不離青”,鼓勵各工區采取一切激勵措施保(bao)障人員留青,春節期間我們項目(mu)部留守管理(li)人員約75人,一線作(zuo)業人員約386人。為保(bao)障工人在(zai)青過年更加舒心,各施工單位在(zai)宿舍都為工人們配(pei)(pei)備(bei)了(le)空調和(he)24小時(shi)熱(re)水洗(xi)浴,配(pei)(pei)發(fa)了(le)防寒的軍大衣,同時(shi)項目(mu)部將嚴格(ge)按照(zhao)國(guo)家(jia)(jia)規定(ding),調整春節期間勞(lao)務報酬,在(zai)除夕(xi)和(he)大年初(chu)一兩天給(gei)工友(you)發(fa)放(fang)新(xin)年紅包(bao),并統(tong)一配(pei)(pei)備(bei)年夜飯(fan)送到(dao)各個班組,讓(rang)工友(you)在(zai)青過年也(ye)能(neng)有家(jia)(jia)的感覺(jue)。

隨著1號線南段洞通目標的實現,后續(xu)一號線將(jiang)全力開展(zhan)鋪軌、機電安裝工作。青(qing)島(dao)地鐵(tie)1號線開通運營后,市(shi)民乘(cheng)坐(zuo)地鐵(tie)通過膠州灣僅需6分(fen)鐘,將(jiang)為青(qing)島(dao)東西兩岸市(shi)民出行(xing)帶來(lai)便利,有(you)力助推西海(hai)岸新區(qu)發展(zhan)騰(teng)飛和(he)青(qing)島(dao)同城化(hua)進(jin)程,進(jin)一步提升青(qing)島(dao)國際(ji)化(hua)都(dou)市(shi)生活(huo)品(pin)質。青(qing)島(dao)地鐵(tie)1號線的建設將(jiang)為青(qing)島(dao)市(shi)建設國家中心城市(shi)、建設美麗青(qing)島(dao)和(he)宜居幸福創新型國際(ji)城市(shi)發揮重要作用。
