2月11日,農(nong)歷除夕。正值萬家歡度春(chun)節之際,伴隨著“轟(hong)隆(long)隆(long)”的巨響,百(bai)米(mi)長的城市(shi)“穿山甲”硬巖掘進機簡稱TBM破巖而出,青島地(di)鐵(tie)1號(hao)線海(hai)泊橋站至青島火(huo)車(che)站“五區(qu)間”全部勝利(li)貫通,青島地(di)鐵(tie)1號(hao)線實現全線洞通。

青島地(di)(di)鐵(tie)1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)全長(chang)約60千(qian)米,設41個(ge)車(che)站,全部為地(di)(di)下站,區(qu)間地(di)(di)質(zhi)軟硬結(jie)合(he),風(feng)險高、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝復(fu)雜,北段(duan)(duan)21.9千(qian)米的線(xian)(xian)路(lu)已于(yu)2020年底通車(che)。今年以來,一號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司加(jia)緊對1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)南(nan)段(duan)(duan)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)度。其(qi)中(zhong),施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境復(fu)雜、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度最(zui)大(da)的就是(shi)海泊(bo)橋站—青島火車(che)站這五個(ge)區(qu)間。該(gai)區(qu)段(duan)(duan)自開工(gong)(gong)(gong)伊始面臨三方面主要困難:一是(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)最(zui)長(chang),區(qu)段(duan)(duan)全長(chang)5.83千(qian)米,是(shi)目前國(guo)內城市(shi)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)單臺TBM施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)最(zui)長(chang)的區(qu)段(duan)(duan);二(er)是(shi)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)場(chang)地(di)(di)狹(xia)小,海泊(bo)橋站供4臺TBM同時始發;三是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)況最(zui)復(fu)雜,下/側(ce)穿老(lao)舊房屋105處(chu)、穿越不良地(di)(di)質(zhi)段(duan)(duan)46處(chu),線(xian)(xian)路(lu)曲線(xian)(xian)段(duan)(duan)25處(chu),最(zui)小轉(zhuan)彎(wan)半徑(jing)350米,過站10次(ci)、始發接收20次(ci)。

在工程(cheng)(cheng)建設(she)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)集團超前謀劃,精心組織,大膽創(chuang)(chuang)新,結合現場實際通(tong)(tong)過采用國內首創(chuang)(chuang)的(de)“連(lian)續皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)機(ji)(ji)+垂(chui)直儲帶(dai)(dai)倉+垂(chui)直皮(pi)帶(dai)(dai)機(ji)(ji)+水平布(bu)料機(ji)(ji)”綜合快速(su)出(chu)渣系(xi)統,成功解決了施(shi)工線(xian)路長和(he)施(shi)工場地(di)狹小的(de)難題;通(tong)(tong)過合理控制掘進參數(shu)、加(jia)強地(di)表注漿超前預加(jia)固、洞(dong)內外(wai)聯(lian)動監測等手段(duan)成功克服復雜的(de)工況;創(chuang)(chuang)造了最高(gao)日進尺28米,最高(gao)月進尺473米的(de)驕人業績。歷經了五百多(duo)個夜以繼日地(di)艱苦鏖戰,該區(qu)段(duan)于如期順(shun)利貫通(tong)(tong),至(zhi)此地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)1號線(xian)正(zheng)線(xian)區(qu)間全(quan)部貫通(tong)(tong)。這是繼北段(duan)開通(tong)(tong)試運營后又一里程(cheng)(cheng)碑節點,為(wei)全(quan)線(xian)通(tong)(tong)車打下了堅實的(de)基礎。

在(zai)工(gong)程建(jian)設過程中,一(yi)(yi)號線(xian)公司始終堅持以人為本(ben)、科技(ji)先導、精(jing)細管理(li)、爭創(chuang)一(yi)(yi)流(liu)的管理(li)理(li)念,在(zai)做(zuo)好安全管控的同(tong)時,靠前指(zhi)揮,通(tong)過勞(lao)動競賽促生產,在(zai)實現北(bei)段通(tong)車的前提下同(tong)步推進南段工(gong)程建(jian)設,區間貫通(tong)后(hou)一(yi)(yi)號線(xian)公司將組(zu)織參加單位快速(su)轉(zhuan)入后(hou)續專業(ye)施工(gong),爭取(qu)早日實現東(dong)西兩岸島城人民乘坐地(di)鐵通(tong)行。

今(jin)年(nian)是(shi)我市“項目(mu)落(luo)地(di)年(nian)”,在(zai)建地(di)鐵項目(mu)將(jiang)全面提(ti)(ti)速(su)。據(ju)一(yi)號線(xian)公(gong)(gong)司業(ye)主(zhu)代表申華(hua)偉介紹,1號線(xian)南(nan)段的(de)(de)(de)加(jia)快建設與春節、疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)相遇,為(wei)避免受(shou)到疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)的(de)(de)(de)重大影響(xiang),一(yi)號線(xian)公(gong)(gong)司提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)部署各(ge)(ge)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。春節前(qian)(qian)組織人員(yuan)大干30天,提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)防(fang)范春節、疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)等可能(neng)延緩的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)。為(wei)做(zuo)(zuo)好疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),1號線(xian)全線(xian)推廣疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控專用(yong)通(tong)道,有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)道內設置了電子化(hua)測溫設備(bei)(bei),人員(yuan)通(tong)過(guo)自動讀(du)取體溫并記錄(lu);同時(shi)(shi)組織各(ge)(ge)參建單(dan)位(wei)持續做(zuo)(zuo)好生活區、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場地(di)內的(de)(de)(de)消(xiao)毒、消(xiao)殺工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),持續做(zuo)(zuo)好佩(pei)戴口罩、錯(cuo)峰就餐、分桌分盒(he)就餐等疫(yi)(yi)情(qing)(qing)(qing)防(fang)控工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。保障安全質量是(shi)重中之重,一(yi)號線(xian)公(gong)(gong)司制定《決(jue)戰攻(gong)堅(jian)階段十條紅線(xian)》,要求各(ge)(ge)參建單(dan)位(wei)抓好責任落(luo)實,堅(jian)決(jue)杜絕各(ge)(ge)類觸碰紅線(xian)情(qing)(qing)(qing)況發生。春節期(qi)間1號線(xian)全線(xian)有(you)(you)約800位(wei)管理人員(yuan)和約2500位(wei)一(yi)線(xian)作(zuo)業(ye)人員(yuan)留青過(guo)年(nian)。另(ling)外(wai)1號線(xian)提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)進行了各(ge)(ge)項物資(zi)(zi)儲備(bei)(bei),與供(gong)(gong)貨(huo)(huo)商(shang)預約供(gong)(gong)貨(huo)(huo),甚(shen)至有(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)物資(zi)(zi)提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)采購(gou)儲存(cun);提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)協調設備(bei)(bei)供(gong)(gong)貨(huo)(huo),提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)安排業(ye)代分別(bie)赴各(ge)(ge)地(di)廠家督(du)促(cu)提(ti)(ti)前(qian)(qian)供(gong)(gong)貨(huo)(huo)并驗(yan)貨(huo)(huo),確保及時(shi)(shi)高(gao)質量到貨(huo)(huo)。

中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)(shi)八(ba)局(ju)項(xiang)(xiang)目經理介紹,在地(di)鐵(tie)(tie)集團和一(yi)號(hao)線(xian)公司的(de)組織下,中(zhong)(zhong)鐵(tie)(tie)十(shi)(shi)八(ba)局(ju)及1號(hao)線(xian)全線(xian)各(ge)(ge)參建單位積極響應國(guo)家號(hao)召(zhao)“非必要不離青”,鼓勵各(ge)(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)采取一(yi)切激(ji)勵措施保(bao)障人員留(liu)青,春(chun)節期間我們項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)(bu)留(liu)守管理人員約75人,一(yi)線(xian)作業人員約386人。為保(bao)障工(gong)(gong)(gong)人在青過(guo)(guo)年(nian)更加舒(shu)心,各(ge)(ge)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)單位在宿舍都為工(gong)(gong)(gong)人們配備了空調和24小時熱水洗浴(yu),配發了防寒的(de)軍大衣,同(tong)時項(xiang)(xiang)目部(bu)(bu)將嚴(yan)格按照(zhao)國(guo)家規定,調整春(chun)節期間勞務報酬,在除夕(xi)和大年(nian)初一(yi)兩(liang)天(tian)給工(gong)(gong)(gong)友發放新年(nian)紅包,并統(tong)一(yi)配備年(nian)夜飯送到各(ge)(ge)個班組,讓(rang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)友在青過(guo)(guo)年(nian)也能(neng)有家的(de)感覺。

隨著1號線(xian)南段洞通目標的(de)實現,后(hou)續一(yi)號線(xian)將全力(li)(li)開展鋪軌、機電安裝工作(zuo)。青(qing)島(dao)(dao)地鐵(tie)1號線(xian)開通運營(ying)后(hou),市(shi)民(min)(min)乘坐(zuo)地鐵(tie)通過膠州灣(wan)僅需6分鐘,將為青(qing)島(dao)(dao)東(dong)西兩岸市(shi)民(min)(min)出行帶(dai)來便(bian)利(li),有力(li)(li)助推西海(hai)岸新區發展騰飛和青(qing)島(dao)(dao)同城(cheng)化進程,進一(yi)步提(ti)升青(qing)島(dao)(dao)國際(ji)化都市(shi)生(sheng)活品質。青(qing)島(dao)(dao)地鐵(tie)1號線(xian)的(de)建設(she)將為青(qing)島(dao)(dao)市(shi)建設(she)國家中心(xin)城(cheng)市(shi)、建設(she)美麗(li)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)和宜(yi)居幸福創新型(xing)國際(ji)城(cheng)市(shi)發揮重要作(zuo)用。
