青島地鐵8號線北段:建設速度創國內之最

青島地鐵8號線建設工期提(ti)前了一(yi)年半,創造了國內地鐵建設最快速度。

8號線(xian)(xian)起自膠州北站,終至五四廣場站,串(chuan)聯(lian)膠州、城陽、李(li)滄、市(shi)北、市(shi)南(nan)五個(ge)區(qu),是(shi)連接青(qing)島新機場、北岸城區(qu)、東(dong)岸城區(qu)的(de)快速骨干線(xian)(xian)路,也(ye)是(shi)山東(dong)省新舊動能轉(zhuan)換首批優選項目。項目全長61.4公里,車(che)站18座,設計時速120km/h。

8號線北(bei)(bei)(bei)段(膠(jiao)州(zhou)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)(qing)島(dao)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))共11個車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),長48.3公(gong)里,其中高架(jia)線6.4公(gong)里,地下線41.9公(gong)里,串(chuan)聯(lian)了(le)青(qing)(qing)島(dao)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)火車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、膠(jiao)東國(guo)際機場、膠(jiao)州(zhou)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)四大交通樞紐。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點分(fen)別(bie)為膠(jiao)州(zhou)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)東機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)東站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大澗站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)火車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健康中心站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健身(shen)中心(紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)會展(zhan))站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-觀濤站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)科技館(方(fang)特)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大洋站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)(qing)島(dao)北(bei)(bei)(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

8號線(xian)(xian)北(bei)段“穿山越海”,施工環境復雜。青島地(di)鐵八號線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司副(fu)總經理程(cheng)學友(you)介紹,為配(pei)套新(xin)機場轉場運營(ying),8號線(xian)(xian)北(bei)段全(quan)面提(ti)速。在市委(wei)市政府的支(zhi)持下(xia),經過(guo)3萬余名建設者1300多(duo)個(ge)日夜的辛(xin)勤工作,8號線(xian)(xian)北(bei)段在軌道(dao)交通領域創造多(duo)項“青島速度”:僅用(yong)3年半時(shi)間實(shi)現48.3公(gong)里(li)地(di)鐵線(xian)(xian)路(lu)開通,在國內巖(yan)石隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)地(di)鐵中(zhong)是(shi)沒有過(guo)的(同類工程(cheng)通常(chang)需要5年工期(qi));僅用(yong)2年零7個(ge)月,國內最長(chang)的地(di)鐵過(guo)海隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)在消除了大量重大安全(quan)風險源后,順利實(shi)現“洞通”,泥水(shui)盾構實(shi)現220米/月掘進速度,這在國內是(shi)最快的;僅用(yong)32天完成過(guo)海隧(sui)(sui)道(dao)5.8公(gong)里(li)軌道(dao)鋪設,創造行業新(xin)標桿。

8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)過(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)區域(yu)大(da)洋站至青島(dao)北(bei)站區間全長7.9公里(li)(li),海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)域(yu)段(duan)長5.4公里(li)(li),為目(mu)前已(yi)建、在建國內(nei)(nei)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)域(yu)段(duan)最長地(di)鐵(tie)跨海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)區間隧道。過(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)隧道最大(da)埋深達海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)面(mian)下56米(mi),穿越地(di)質(zhi)復(fu)(fu)雜(za)(za)多變(bian),共穿越9條斷層破碎帶(dai),總長約(yue)1.2公里(li)(li),破碎帶(dai)圍(wei)巖破碎、滲透性強,且部(bu)分(fen)連(lian)通海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)水,在如(ru)此高壓力、長距離(li)、大(da)量斷裂(lie)帶(dai)中(zhong)掘進,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)難(nan)度之大(da),安全風險(xian)之高,在國內(nei)(nei)實屬罕(han)見。針對過(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)段(duan)下穿9條破碎帶(dai)地(di)質(zhi)非常復(fu)(fu)雜(za)(za)這一特點,邀請(qing)院士(shi)陳湘生(sheng)、史(shi)玉新研究各類重(zhong)難(nan)點技(ji)術和施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)問題(ti)的(de)風險(xian)管控,為過(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)段(duan)順(shun)(shun)利(li)推進出(chu)謀劃(hua)策(ce)、“把脈會診(zhen)”。由于地(di)質(zhi)極(ji)其(qi)復(fu)(fu)雜(za)(za),經反復(fu)(fu)論證確(que)定采用“盾構(gou)法(fa)”+“礦(kuang)山法(fa)”對打施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),東側過(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)段(duan)2.9公里(li)(li)采用泥水盾構(gou)法(fa)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong),西側過(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)段(duan)2.5公里(li)(li)采用礦(kuang)山法(fa)+雙模式TBM施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)。8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)在建設過(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)通過(guo)(guo)有效(xiao)的(de)技(ji)術以及管理措施(shi)(shi)(shi),順(shun)(shun)利(li)消除(chu)多個重(zhong)大(da)風險(xian)源。例如(ru),順(shun)(shun)利(li)近距離(li)下穿運營地(di)鐵(tie)3號(hao)線(xian)(xian)、順(shun)(shun)利(li)穿越5條鐵(tie)路線(xian)(xian)、順(shun)(shun)利(li)完成隧道狹小空間內(nei)(nei)7臺數(shu)百(bai)噸盾構(gou)機拆解(jie)、順(shun)(shun)利(li)下穿數(shu)百(bai)棟房屋(wu)等等。

其中,青島(dao)北站—滄(cang)口站區間(簡稱(cheng)青滄(cang)區間)采用礦山法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),拱頂埋深(shen)16米(mi),區間左線120米(mi)下穿運(yun)營地(di)(di)鐵(tie)3號(hao)(hao)線,最近(jin)距3號(hao)(hao)線僅1.14米(mi),采用非(fei)爆破暗挖法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),屬于8號(hao)(hao)線一(yi)(yi)級(ji)重(zhong)大(da)風險(xian)(xian)源(yuan),是(shi)青島(dao)市(shi)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)(jian)設史(shi)上(shang)首(shou)次下穿運(yun)營地(di)(di)鐵(tie)。由于施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風險(xian)(xian)高、難度(du)大(da),是(shi)青島(dao)市(shi)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)特別重(zhong)大(da)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)風險(xian)(xian)源(yuan),尤為令(ling)人矚目。建(jian)(jian)設、勘察、設計、監理、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)等參建(jian)(jian)單(dan)位科學(xue)設計,精(jing)密分析,靠(kao)技術創新將已(yi)運(yun)營地(di)(di)鐵(tie)3號(hao)(hao)線結構的沉降值控制在(zai)2毫米(mi)以(yi)內,僅約1枚硬(ying)幣厚(hou)度(du),可(ke)謂(wei)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)史(shi)上(shang)的“奇跡”。“在(zai)下穿3號(hao)(hao)線的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過(guo)程中,公司(si)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)連續半年時間盯在(zai)掌子面,正常運(yun)營的線路安全(quan)上(shang)容不得半點馬虎(hu),每天現場召開碰(peng)頭會調度(du)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),按照(zhao)一(yi)(yi)級(ji)風險(xian)(xian)源(yuan)“一(yi)(yi)控六專(zhuan)項”進行管控,確保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現場萬無一(yi)(yi)失。”程學(xue)友說。

在確(que)保安全質量的(de)同時(shi),為(wei)加快(kuai)施工進度,8號線采用了(le)多種先進工藝。例如,過海段(duan)聯絡通道在國內(nei)(nei)首(shou)(shou)次采用小盾(dun)構機(ji)械施工、在省內(nei)(nei)首(shou)(shou)次采用電瓶式鋪軌門(men)吊(diao)、首(shou)(shou)次引進自(zi)動打孔機(ji)器人等(deng)等(deng)。此外,根據不同地(di)質同時(shi)采用礦(kuang)山(shan)法(fa)、泥(ni)水盾(dun)構、TBM施工,最終(zhong)攻克(ke)了(le)“咽喉”,確(que)保了(le)線路如期通車。

8號線還(huan)在(zai)(zai)省內首次(ci)臨近高速鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)路地鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)工(gong)。8號線高架(jia)(jia)段(duan)與(yu)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青高鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)并行7.5公里,最(zui)近處僅相隔12米,且(qie)穿越電廠區,距離煙囪不足30米。為確保在(zai)(zai)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青高鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)開(kai)通(tong)運(yun)營前完(wan)工(gong),建設(she)單位從方案(an)的(de)策劃、設(she)計方案(an)變更(geng)、人員投(tou)入等各方面進行協調,通(tong)過增加1個(ge)(ge)架(jia)(jia)梁(liang)點、1套提運(yun)架(jia)(jia)設(she)備和(he)運(yun)梁(liang)通(tong)道(dao)等措施(shi)提高施(shi)工(gong)效率。該段(duan)連續梁(liang)經多方協調最(zui)終(zhong)由(you)掛籃法施(shi)工(gong)改(gai)為支架(jia)(jia)法,節省了一個(ge)(ge)多月時(shi)間。施(shi)工(gong)高峰時(shi)人員投(tou)入1000余人同(tong)時(shi)作(zuo)業,僅用10個(ge)(ge)月完(wan)成高架(jia)(jia)段(duan)于濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青高鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)并行施(shi)工(gong),最(zui)終(zhong)確保了在(zai)(zai)濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青高鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)開(kai)通(tong)前完(wan)工(gong)。

 8號(hao)線北段的(de)(de)(de)(de)藝術設(she)(she)計(ji)著重提(ti)取航(hang)空(kong)(kong)元素(su),以(yi)(yi)“夢幻青(qing)島(dao)(dao)”為(wei)設(she)(she)計(ji)主題,結(jie)合青(qing)島(dao)(dao)海洋(yang)特色和豐(feng)富多彩的(de)(de)(de)(de)地域文化(hua),以(yi)(yi)“新(xin)媒(mei)介、新(xin)觀念(nian)”藝術手法(fa)植(zhi)入空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian),實現(xian)(xian)了城市文化(hua)、歷史沉淀與先進現(xian)(xian)代科技的(de)(de)(de)(de)完(wan)美交織,塑(su)造(zao)(zao)了獨具特色的(de)(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)(jian)藝術一體化(hua)設(she)(she)計(ji),為(wei)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)未來發展描(miao)繪出一幅(fu)現(xian)(xian)代科技的(de)(de)(de)(de)畫面(mian)。8號(hao)線建成通車后,將實現(xian)(xian)高鐵(tie)、地鐵(tie)、航(hang)空(kong)(kong)等(deng)全方(fang)位(wei)換乘,打造(zao)(zao)了膠州(zhou)市到青(qing)島(dao)(dao)主城區(qu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)新(xin)通道(dao)。
