青島地鐵8號線北段:建設速度創國內之最

青島地鐵(tie)8號線建設工期提前(qian)了(le)一年(nian)半(ban),創造了(le)國內地鐵(tie)建設最快速度。

8號(hao)線(xian)起自膠州北(bei)站,終至五四(si)廣場(chang)站,串聯(lian)膠州、城(cheng)(cheng)陽、李滄、市(shi)北(bei)、市(shi)南五個區(qu),是連接青島(dao)新機場(chang)、北(bei)岸城(cheng)(cheng)區(qu)、東(dong)岸城(cheng)(cheng)區(qu)的快速(su)骨干線(xian)路,也是山(shan)東(dong)省新舊(jiu)動能轉換首批優選項目(mu)(mu)。項目(mu)(mu)全長61.4公(gong)里,車站18座(zuo),設計時(shi)速(su)120km/h。

8號(hao)線北(bei)段(膠(jiao)州(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))共11個車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),長48.3公(gong)里,其中高架線6.4公(gong)里,地(di)下線41.9公(gong)里,串聯了(le)青島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、紅島(dao)火(huo)車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、膠(jiao)東(dong)國際機場、膠(jiao)州(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)四大交通樞(shu)紐(niu)。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點分別為膠(jiao)州(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)東(dong)機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大澗站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅島(dao)火(huo)車站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)康中心站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)身中心(紅島(dao)會(hui)展)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-觀(guan)濤站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅島(dao)科技館(方特(te))站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大洋站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)北段(duan)“穿山越海(hai)”,施工環境復雜。青島(dao)地(di)鐵八號(hao)(hao)線(xian)公司副總經(jing)理程學(xue)友介紹,為配(pei)套(tao)新(xin)機(ji)場(chang)轉場(chang)運營,8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)北段(duan)全面提速。在(zai)(zai)(zai)市(shi)委(wei)市(shi)政府的(de)支(zhi)持下,經(jing)過(guo)3萬余名建(jian)設(she)者1300多個日夜的(de)辛(xin)勤工作,8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)北段(duan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)交通領域(yu)創(chuang)造多項“青島(dao)速度”:僅用(yong)3年(nian)半時間實現48.3公里地(di)鐵線(xian)路開通,在(zai)(zai)(zai)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)巖石隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)地(di)鐵中(zhong)是沒(mei)有過(guo)的(de)(同類工程通常需要5年(nian)工期);僅用(yong)2年(nian)零7個月,國(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)最長的(de)地(di)鐵過(guo)海(hai)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)在(zai)(zai)(zai)消(xiao)除了大量重大安全風(feng)險源后(hou),順利實現“洞通”,泥水盾構實現220米/月掘(jue)進速度,這在(zai)(zai)(zai)國(guo)內(nei)(nei)(nei)是最快的(de);僅用(yong)32天完成過(guo)海(hai)隧(sui)道(dao)(dao)5.8公里軌(gui)道(dao)(dao)鋪設(she),創(chuang)造行業新(xin)標桿(gan)。

8號線(xian)過(guo)海(hai)(hai)區域大洋站至青島北站區間(jian)全(quan)長(chang)(chang)7.9公(gong)里(li),海(hai)(hai)域段(duan)長(chang)(chang)5.4公(gong)里(li),為(wei)目前已建(jian)、在(zai)建(jian)國內海(hai)(hai)域段(duan)最長(chang)(chang)地(di)鐵跨海(hai)(hai)區間(jian)隧(sui)道(dao)。過(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧(sui)道(dao)最大埋深達(da)海(hai)(hai)面下56米,穿(chuan)越(yue)(yue)地(di)質(zhi)復(fu)(fu)雜(za)(za)多(duo)變(bian),共(gong)穿(chuan)越(yue)(yue)9條(tiao)斷(duan)層破碎帶,總長(chang)(chang)約1.2公(gong)里(li),破碎帶圍巖破碎、滲透性強,且(qie)部分(fen)連通海(hai)(hai)水(shui),在(zai)如(ru)此(ci)高(gao)壓力、長(chang)(chang)距(ju)離(li)、大量斷(duan)裂帶中掘(jue)進,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度之(zhi)大,安全(quan)風險(xian)(xian)之(zhi)高(gao),在(zai)國內實屬(shu)罕見。針對過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)下穿(chuan)9條(tiao)破碎帶地(di)質(zhi)非常復(fu)(fu)雜(za)(za)這一(yi)特點(dian),邀請院士陳湘(xiang)生(sheng)、史玉新研究各類重(zhong)難(nan)點(dian)技術和(he)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)問題的風險(xian)(xian)管控,為(wei)過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)順(shun)利推進出(chu)謀(mou)劃策、“把(ba)脈會(hui)診”。由于地(di)質(zhi)極其復(fu)(fu)雜(za)(za),經反復(fu)(fu)論(lun)證確定采用(yong)(yong)“盾構法”+“礦(kuang)山法”對打(da)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),東側(ce)過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)2.9公(gong)里(li)采用(yong)(yong)泥水(shui)盾構法施工(gong)(gong)(gong),西側(ce)過(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)2.5公(gong)里(li)采用(yong)(yong)礦(kuang)山法+雙模(mo)式(shi)TBM施工(gong)(gong)(gong)。8號線(xian)在(zai)建(jian)設過(guo)程中通過(guo)有效的技術以及管理(li)措施,順(shun)利消除多(duo)個重(zhong)大風險(xian)(xian)源(yuan)。例如(ru),順(shun)利近距(ju)離(li)下穿(chuan)運(yun)營地(di)鐵3號線(xian)、順(shun)利穿(chuan)越(yue)(yue)5條(tiao)鐵路線(xian)、順(shun)利完成隧(sui)道(dao)狹小(xiao)空(kong)間(jian)內7臺數百(bai)噸盾構機拆解、順(shun)利下穿(chuan)數百(bai)棟(dong)房屋等等。

其(qi)中(zhong),青(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)北站(zhan)—滄口站(zhan)區間(jian)(jian)(簡稱青(qing)(qing)滄區間(jian)(jian))采用礦山法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),拱頂埋深16米(mi)(mi),區間(jian)(jian)左線(xian)120米(mi)(mi)下穿運營地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)3號線(xian),最近距3號線(xian)僅(jin)1.14米(mi)(mi),采用非爆破(po)暗挖法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),屬于8號線(xian)一級(ji)重大(da)風(feng)(feng)險(xian)源(yuan),是青(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)市(shi)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)建(jian)設(she)(she)史(shi)上首次下穿運營地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)。由于施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)風(feng)(feng)險(xian)高、難度大(da),是青(qing)(qing)島(dao)(dao)市(shi)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)特(te)別重大(da)一級(ji)風(feng)(feng)險(xian)源(yuan),尤為(wei)令人矚目。建(jian)設(she)(she)、勘(kan)察、設(she)(she)計、監理、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)等參建(jian)單位科學設(she)(she)計,精(jing)密分析,靠(kao)技術創(chuang)新(xin)將已(yi)運營地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)3號線(xian)結(jie)構的(de)沉降值控制(zhi)在(zai)2毫米(mi)(mi)以內,僅(jin)約1枚硬(ying)幣厚(hou)度,可謂(wei)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)史(shi)上的(de)“奇(qi)跡(ji)”。“在(zai)下穿3號線(xian)的(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中(zhong),公(gong)司(si)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)連續半(ban)年(nian)時間(jian)(jian)盯在(zai)掌(zhang)子面,正常運營的(de)線(xian)路安全上容(rong)不得半(ban)點馬虎(hu),每天(tian)現場(chang)召(zhao)開碰頭(tou)會(hui)調度施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),按照一級(ji)風(feng)(feng)險(xian)源(yuan)“一控六(liu)專項”進行管(guan)控,確(que)保(bao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)萬無(wu)一失。”程(cheng)學友說(shuo)。

在確保安全質量的同時(shi),為加快施(shi)(shi)工(gong)進度,8號線采(cai)用了(le)多(duo)種先進工(gong)藝(yi)。例如,過海段聯絡通(tong)道(dao)在國(guo)內首(shou)次(ci)采(cai)用小盾(dun)構機(ji)械施(shi)(shi)工(gong)、在省內首(shou)次(ci)采(cai)用電瓶(ping)式鋪軌門(men)吊(diao)、首(shou)次(ci)引(yin)進自動打孔機(ji)器人等等。此外,根據(ju)不同地質同時(shi)采(cai)用礦山法、泥水盾(dun)構、TBM施(shi)(shi)工(gong),最終攻克(ke)了(le)“咽喉”,確保了(le)線路如期通(tong)車。

8號線(xian)(xian)還在省內首次臨近(jin)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)速鐵(tie)路地鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工。8號線(xian)(xian)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)架段(duan)與濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)并行(xing)7.5公里,最(zui)近(jin)處僅相隔12米,且穿越(yue)電廠區(qu),距離煙囪不足(zu)30米。為(wei)確保在濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)開(kai)通(tong)運營(ying)前(qian)完工,建設單位從方(fang)案的(de)策劃、設計方(fang)案變(bian)更、人員投入等各方(fang)面進行(xing)協調(diao),通(tong)過增(zeng)加(jia)1個(ge)架梁(liang)點(dian)、1套提運架設備和運梁(liang)通(tong)道等措施(shi)(shi)提高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)施(shi)(shi)工效率。該段(duan)連續梁(liang)經(jing)多(duo)方(fang)協調(diao)最(zui)終由掛(gua)籃法施(shi)(shi)工改為(wei)支架法,節省了一個(ge)多(duo)月時(shi)間。施(shi)(shi)工高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)峰時(shi)人員投入1000余人同時(shi)作業,僅用(yong)10個(ge)月完成高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)架段(duan)于濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)并行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工,最(zui)終確保了在濟(ji)青(qing)(qing)高(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)(gao)鐵(tie)開(kai)通(tong)前(qian)完工。

 8號(hao)線(xian)北段的(de)藝(yi)術(shu)設計著重(zhong)提取航(hang)空元素,以(yi)“夢幻青(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)”為(wei)設計主題,結合青(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)海(hai)洋特色和豐富多彩的(de)地域文(wen)化,以(yi)“新媒介、新觀念”藝(yi)術(shu)手法植入空間(jian),實(shi)(shi)現(xian)了城市文(wen)化、歷史沉淀與先進現(xian)代科技的(de)完美交織(zhi),塑(su)造(zao)了獨(du)具特色的(de)空間(jian)藝(yi)術(shu)一體(ti)化設計,為(wei)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)未(wei)來發(fa)展描繪出一幅現(xian)代科技的(de)畫面(mian)。8號(hao)線(xian)建(jian)成通車后,將實(shi)(shi)現(xian)高鐵、地鐵、航(hang)空等全方位換(huan)乘,打造(zao)了膠州市到(dao)青(qing)島(dao)(dao)(dao)主城區的(de)新通道。
