青島地鐵8號線北段:建設速度創國內之最

青(qing)島(dao)地鐵8號線建(jian)設(she)工(gong)期提前了一年半(ban),創造(zao)了國(guo)內地鐵建(jian)設(she)最快(kuai)速度。

8號(hao)線(xian)起自膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站,終至五(wu)四(si)廣場站,串(chuan)聯膠(jiao)(jiao)州、城陽、李滄、市北(bei)、市南五(wu)個區,是(shi)連接青島新機場、北(bei)岸城區、東岸城區的快速(su)(su)骨干線(xian)路,也(ye)是(shi)山東省新舊動(dong)能轉換首批優選項目。項目全長61.4公里(li),車站18座,設計時速(su)(su)120km/h。

8號線北(bei)段(膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))共11個車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),長(chang)48.3公里(li),其(qi)中(zhong)高架線6.4公里(li),地下線41.9公里(li),串聯了青島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)火車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)(dong)國際(ji)機場、膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)四大交通樞紐(niu)。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點分別(bie)為膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)(dong)機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大澗站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)火車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)康(kang)中(zhong)心(xin)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)身中(zhong)心(xin)(紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)會展(zhan))站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-觀濤站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)科技館(guan)(方特)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大洋站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青島(dao)(dao)(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

8號(hao)線北段(duan)“穿(chuan)山越海”,施工(gong)環境復雜(za)。青島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)八(ba)號(hao)線公司副總經(jing)理(li)程學友介紹,為配套新機(ji)場轉(zhuan)場運(yun)營,8號(hao)線北段(duan)全面提速。在(zai)市(shi)委市(shi)政(zheng)府的(de)支持下,經(jing)過(guo)(guo)(guo)3萬余名建設者1300多(duo)個日夜的(de)辛(xin)勤(qin)工(gong)作,8號(hao)線北段(duan)在(zai)軌道(dao)交(jiao)通(tong)領域創造多(duo)項“青島(dao)速度”:僅用3年半時間(jian)實(shi)現(xian)(xian)48.3公里(li)地(di)鐵(tie)線路開通(tong),在(zai)國內巖石隧(sui)道(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)中(zhong)是(shi)沒(mei)有過(guo)(guo)(guo)的(de)(同類工(gong)程通(tong)常(chang)需要5年工(gong)期);僅用2年零(ling)7個月,國內最(zui)長的(de)地(di)鐵(tie)過(guo)(guo)(guo)海隧(sui)道(dao)在(zai)消除了大量重大安(an)全風險(xian)源(yuan)后,順利實(shi)現(xian)(xian)“洞通(tong)”,泥水盾構實(shi)現(xian)(xian)220米(mi)/月掘進速度,這在(zai)國內是(shi)最(zui)快的(de);僅用32天完成(cheng)過(guo)(guo)(guo)海隧(sui)道(dao)5.8公里(li)軌道(dao)鋪(pu)設,創造行(xing)業新標桿。

8號線(xian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)區域(yu)大洋站至青島北站區間(jian)(jian)全(quan)長(chang)(chang)7.9公(gong)(gong)里(li),海(hai)(hai)域(yu)段(duan)(duan)長(chang)(chang)5.4公(gong)(gong)里(li),為目前已(yi)建(jian)(jian)、在建(jian)(jian)國內海(hai)(hai)域(yu)段(duan)(duan)最(zui)長(chang)(chang)地鐵跨海(hai)(hai)區間(jian)(jian)隧道。過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧道最(zui)大埋深(shen)達(da)海(hai)(hai)面下(xia)(xia)56米,穿越地質復(fu)雜多(duo)變,共穿越9條(tiao)斷(duan)層破(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)帶(dai),總(zong)長(chang)(chang)約1.2公(gong)(gong)里(li),破(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)帶(dai)圍巖破(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)、滲透性強,且部分連通(tong)海(hai)(hai)水,在如此高(gao)壓力(li)、長(chang)(chang)距離、大量斷(duan)裂帶(dai)中掘進,施工(gong)(gong)難度之大,安全(quan)風險(xian)之高(gao),在國內實屬(shu)罕見(jian)。針對過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)(duan)下(xia)(xia)穿9條(tiao)破(po)(po)碎(sui)(sui)帶(dai)地質非常復(fu)雜這(zhe)一特點(dian),邀請院(yuan)士陳湘生(sheng)、史玉新研究各類重(zhong)難點(dian)技術和(he)施工(gong)(gong)問(wen)題的風險(xian)管控,為過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)(duan)順(shun)(shun)利(li)推(tui)進出謀劃(hua)策、“把脈會(hui)診”。由于(yu)地質極其復(fu)雜,經反復(fu)論證確(que)定采(cai)用(yong)(yong)“盾(dun)構法”+“礦(kuang)山法”對打施工(gong)(gong),東側(ce)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)(duan)2.9公(gong)(gong)里(li)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)泥(ni)水盾(dun)構法施工(gong)(gong),西側(ce)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)(hai)段(duan)(duan)2.5公(gong)(gong)里(li)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)礦(kuang)山法+雙模(mo)式TBM施工(gong)(gong)。8號線(xian)在建(jian)(jian)設(she)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)有效的技術以(yi)及(ji)管理措(cuo)施,順(shun)(shun)利(li)消除多(duo)個重(zhong)大風險(xian)源。例如,順(shun)(shun)利(li)近(jin)距離下(xia)(xia)穿運營地鐵3號線(xian)、順(shun)(shun)利(li)穿越5條(tiao)鐵路線(xian)、順(shun)(shun)利(li)完成(cheng)隧道狹小(xiao)空間(jian)(jian)內7臺數(shu)(shu)百噸盾(dun)構機(ji)拆解、順(shun)(shun)利(li)下(xia)(xia)穿數(shu)(shu)百棟房屋等等。

其中,青(qing)島(dao)北站—滄口站區間(jian)(簡稱青(qing)滄區間(jian))采用礦(kuang)山法施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),拱頂埋深(shen)16米(mi),區間(jian)左線(xian)(xian)120米(mi)下(xia)穿(chuan)運(yun)營地(di)鐵(tie)3號線(xian)(xian),最近距(ju)3號線(xian)(xian)僅1.14米(mi),采用非(fei)爆破(po)暗挖法施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),屬于8號線(xian)(xian)一級重(zhong)大風(feng)險源,是青(qing)島(dao)市(shi)(shi)地(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設(she)(she)史上(shang)首次下(xia)穿(chuan)運(yun)營地(di)鐵(tie)。由于施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風(feng)險高、難度(du)(du)大,是青(qing)島(dao)市(shi)(shi)地(di)鐵(tie)特別重(zhong)大一級風(feng)險源,尤為令人矚目(mu)。建(jian)設(she)(she)、勘察(cha)、設(she)(she)計、監理、施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)等參建(jian)單(dan)位科學設(she)(she)計,精密分析,靠技術創新將已(yi)運(yun)營地(di)鐵(tie)3號線(xian)(xian)結構的(de)沉降(jiang)值控(kong)(kong)制在2毫米(mi)以內,僅約1枚(mei)硬(ying)幣厚度(du)(du),可謂(wei)地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)史上(shang)的(de)“奇跡”。“在下(xia)穿(chuan)3號線(xian)(xian)的(de)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中,公司員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)連續半(ban)年時間(jian)盯在掌子面(mian),正常運(yun)營的(de)線(xian)(xian)路安全上(shang)容不得半(ban)點馬虎(hu),每天現場召開碰(peng)頭會調度(du)(du)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),按照一級風(feng)險源“一控(kong)(kong)六(liu)專項”進(jin)行(xing)管控(kong)(kong),確保施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場萬無(wu)一失(shi)。”程學友說。

在(zai)確保(bao)安全質量的同(tong)時(shi)(shi),為加(jia)快施工進度,8號線采(cai)(cai)用(yong)了(le)(le)多種先進工藝。例如(ru)(ru),過海段聯絡通道在(zai)國內首(shou)次采(cai)(cai)用(yong)小(xiao)盾(dun)構機械施工、在(zai)省內首(shou)次采(cai)(cai)用(yong)電瓶式鋪軌門吊、首(shou)次引進自動打孔機器人等(deng)等(deng)。此外,根據不同(tong)地質同(tong)時(shi)(shi)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)礦山(shan)法、泥(ni)水(shui)盾(dun)構、TBM施工,最終攻克了(le)(le)“咽喉(hou)”,確保(bao)了(le)(le)線路如(ru)(ru)期(qi)通車。

8號線還在省(sheng)內首次臨近高(gao)(gao)速鐵路地鐵施(shi)(shi)工。8號線高(gao)(gao)架(jia)(jia)(jia)段(duan)(duan)與濟(ji)青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵并行(xing)7.5公里,最(zui)(zui)近處僅相(xiang)隔12米,且(qie)穿(chuan)越電廠區,距離煙囪不足30米。為確(que)保(bao)在濟(ji)青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵開通運營前完工,建設單位從方(fang)案的策劃、設計方(fang)案變更、人員投入(ru)等(deng)各方(fang)面進行(xing)協調,通過增(zeng)加(jia)1個架(jia)(jia)(jia)梁點、1套提(ti)運架(jia)(jia)(jia)設備和運梁通道等(deng)措施(shi)(shi)提(ti)高(gao)(gao)施(shi)(shi)工效率。該段(duan)(duan)連(lian)續梁經多(duo)方(fang)協調最(zui)(zui)終由掛籃法施(shi)(shi)工改為支架(jia)(jia)(jia)法,節(jie)省(sheng)了(le)一個多(duo)月時(shi)間。施(shi)(shi)工高(gao)(gao)峰時(shi)人員投入(ru)1000余人同時(shi)作業,僅用10個月完成(cheng)高(gao)(gao)架(jia)(jia)(jia)段(duan)(duan)于濟(ji)青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵并行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工,最(zui)(zui)終確(que)保(bao)了(le)在濟(ji)青(qing)高(gao)(gao)鐵開通前完工。

 8號線(xian)(xian)北段的(de)(de)(de)藝(yi)術(shu)設計(ji)著重提(ti)取(qu)航(hang)空(kong)(kong)元素(su),以“夢幻青(qing)島(dao)”為(wei)設計(ji)主(zhu)題,結合青(qing)島(dao)海(hai)洋(yang)特色和豐富多(duo)彩的(de)(de)(de)地域文化(hua)(hua),以“新(xin)媒介、新(xin)觀念(nian)”藝(yi)術(shu)手法植(zhi)入空(kong)(kong)間(jian),實現(xian)(xian)了城市文化(hua)(hua)、歷史沉淀與先進現(xian)(xian)代(dai)科技的(de)(de)(de)完美交織(zhi),塑造(zao)了獨具特色的(de)(de)(de)空(kong)(kong)間(jian)藝(yi)術(shu)一體(ti)化(hua)(hua)設計(ji),為(wei)青(qing)島(dao)未來發展描繪(hui)出一幅現(xian)(xian)代(dai)科技的(de)(de)(de)畫面。8號線(xian)(xian)建成(cheng)通車后,將實現(xian)(xian)高鐵(tie)、地鐵(tie)、航(hang)空(kong)(kong)等全方位換乘,打造(zao)了膠州市到青(qing)島(dao)主(zhu)城區的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)通道。
