青島地鐵8號線北段:建設速度創國內之最

青島(dao)地鐵8號(hao)線(xian)建(jian)設工期提前(qian)了一年(nian)半,創(chuang)造了國內地鐵建(jian)設最快速度。

8號線(xian)起自膠州北(bei)站(zhan),終(zhong)至五四廣場站(zhan),串(chuan)聯膠州、城(cheng)(cheng)陽、李滄、市北(bei)、市南(nan)五個區(qu),是連接青(qing)島新機場、北(bei)岸城(cheng)(cheng)區(qu)、東岸城(cheng)(cheng)區(qu)的快速骨干(gan)線(xian)路,也是山東省新舊動能轉換(huan)首批優選項(xiang)目。項(xiang)目全長61.4公里,車站(zhan)18座,設計時(shi)速120km/h。

8號線(xian)北(bei)段(膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))共11個(ge)車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),長48.3公里(li)(li),其中高架線(xian)6.4公里(li)(li),地下線(xian)41.9公里(li)(li),串聯了青(qing)島(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、紅島(dao)(dao)火車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)國際機場、膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)四(si)大(da)(da)交通樞(shu)紐(niu)。站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)點分別為膠(jiao)(jiao)州北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)機場站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大(da)(da)澗站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅島(dao)(dao)火車(che)(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)康(kang)中心站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)身中心(紅島(dao)(dao)會展)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-觀濤(tao)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-紅島(dao)(dao)科技館(guan)(方特)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-大(da)(da)洋站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

8號線(xian)北(bei)段(duan)(duan)“穿山越海(hai)(hai)”,施工(gong)環境復雜。青島地(di)(di)鐵八號線(xian)公司副總經(jing)(jing)理程學友介紹,為配套(tao)新(xin)機場(chang)轉場(chang)運(yun)營,8號線(xian)北(bei)段(duan)(duan)全面提速(su)(su)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)市委市政府的(de)支持下(xia),經(jing)(jing)過(guo)3萬余名(ming)建(jian)設(she)者1300多(duo)個(ge)日夜的(de)辛勤工(gong)作,8號線(xian)北(bei)段(duan)(duan)在(zai)(zai)(zai)軌道交通領域(yu)創(chuang)造多(duo)項“青島速(su)(su)度”:僅用(yong)3年(nian)半時間(jian)實現(xian)48.3公里地(di)(di)鐵線(xian)路開通,在(zai)(zai)(zai)國(guo)內(nei)巖(yan)石(shi)隧道地(di)(di)鐵中是(shi)沒(mei)有過(guo)的(de)(同類工(gong)程通常(chang)需要5年(nian)工(gong)期);僅用(yong)2年(nian)零7個(ge)月(yue),國(guo)內(nei)最(zui)長的(de)地(di)(di)鐵過(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧道在(zai)(zai)(zai)消(xiao)除了大量重(zhong)大安全風(feng)險源后(hou),順(shun)利實現(xian)“洞(dong)通”,泥水(shui)盾構(gou)實現(xian)220米/月(yue)掘進速(su)(su)度,這(zhe)在(zai)(zai)(zai)國(guo)內(nei)是(shi)最(zui)快的(de);僅用(yong)32天完成過(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧道5.8公里軌道鋪設(she),創(chuang)造行業(ye)新(xin)標桿(gan)。

8號(hao)線(xian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)區域大洋(yang)站至青島北站區間(jian)全長(chang)7.9公(gong)里(li),海(hai)域段(duan)長(chang)5.4公(gong)里(li),為目前已建(jian)、在(zai)建(jian)國內(nei)(nei)海(hai)域段(duan)最長(chang)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵跨海(hai)區間(jian)隧(sui)道。過(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)隧(sui)道最大埋深(shen)達(da)海(hai)面下56米,穿(chuan)(chuan)越(yue)地(di)(di)(di)(di)質復(fu)雜多變,共(gong)穿(chuan)(chuan)越(yue)9條斷層破(po)碎(sui)(sui)帶(dai),總長(chang)約(yue)1.2公(gong)里(li),破(po)碎(sui)(sui)帶(dai)圍巖破(po)碎(sui)(sui)、滲透性強,且部(bu)分連通海(hai)水,在(zai)如此高(gao)壓力、長(chang)距離、大量(liang)斷裂帶(dai)中(zhong)掘進,施(shi)工(gong)難度之大,安全風險(xian)之高(gao),在(zai)國內(nei)(nei)實屬罕見。針對(dui)過(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)下穿(chuan)(chuan)9條破(po)碎(sui)(sui)帶(dai)地(di)(di)(di)(di)質非(fei)常復(fu)雜這(zhe)一(yi)特點,邀請院士陳湘(xiang)生、史玉(yu)新(xin)研究各類(lei)重(zhong)難點技(ji)術(shu)和施(shi)工(gong)問題的風險(xian)管(guan)控,為過(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)順利(li)推進出謀劃(hua)策、“把脈(mo)會(hui)診”。由于地(di)(di)(di)(di)質極(ji)其(qi)復(fu)雜,經反(fan)復(fu)論證確定采用(yong)“盾構法(fa)”+“礦山(shan)法(fa)”對(dui)打施(shi)工(gong),東(dong)側(ce)過(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)2.9公(gong)里(li)采用(yong)泥水盾構法(fa)施(shi)工(gong),西側(ce)過(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)2.5公(gong)里(li)采用(yong)礦山(shan)法(fa)+雙模式TBM施(shi)工(gong)。8號(hao)線(xian)在(zai)建(jian)設(she)過(guo)(guo)(guo)程中(zhong)通過(guo)(guo)(guo)有(you)效的技(ji)術(shu)以及管(guan)理措施(shi),順利(li)消除多個重(zhong)大風險(xian)源(yuan)。例(li)如,順利(li)近(jin)距離下穿(chuan)(chuan)運營地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵3號(hao)線(xian)、順利(li)穿(chuan)(chuan)越(yue)5條鐵路(lu)線(xian)、順利(li)完成(cheng)隧(sui)道狹小空間(jian)內(nei)(nei)7臺數百噸盾構機拆解、順利(li)下穿(chuan)(chuan)數百棟房(fang)屋(wu)等等。

其中,青(qing)島北站—滄口站區間(jian)(簡稱(cheng)青(qing)滄區間(jian))采(cai)用(yong)礦山(shan)法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),拱(gong)頂埋深16米(mi)(mi),區間(jian)左線(xian)120米(mi)(mi)下穿(chuan)運營(ying)(ying)地鐵(tie)3號(hao)(hao)線(xian),最(zui)近距3號(hao)(hao)線(xian)僅(jin)1.14米(mi)(mi),采(cai)用(yong)非爆破暗挖法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),屬于8號(hao)(hao)線(xian)一(yi)(yi)級重(zhong)大風(feng)險源(yuan),是(shi)青(qing)島市地鐵(tie)建設(she)史上(shang)首(shou)次下穿(chuan)運營(ying)(ying)地鐵(tie)。由于施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風(feng)險高(gao)、難度大,是(shi)青(qing)島市地鐵(tie)特(te)別重(zhong)大一(yi)(yi)級風(feng)險源(yuan),尤(you)為令人矚(zhu)目。建設(she)、勘察、設(she)計(ji)(ji)、監理、施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)等參建單(dan)位科(ke)學設(she)計(ji)(ji),精密(mi)分析(xi),靠技(ji)術創新將(jiang)已運營(ying)(ying)地鐵(tie)3號(hao)(hao)線(xian)結構的(de)(de)沉(chen)降值控(kong)制(zhi)在(zai)2毫米(mi)(mi)以內(nei),僅(jin)約(yue)1枚硬幣(bi)厚度,可謂地鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)史上(shang)的(de)(de)“奇跡(ji)”。“在(zai)下穿(chuan)3號(hao)(hao)線(xian)的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程(cheng)中,公司員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)連續半(ban)年時間(jian)盯在(zai)掌子(zi)面(mian),正常運營(ying)(ying)的(de)(de)線(xian)路(lu)安全上(shang)容不得半(ban)點馬虎,每天現場召開(kai)碰頭會調(diao)度施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),按照一(yi)(yi)級風(feng)險源(yuan)“一(yi)(yi)控(kong)六專項”進行管控(kong),確保施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)現場萬無一(yi)(yi)失。”程(cheng)學友(you)說。

在(zai)確保安全質(zhi)量的同時,為加快施工(gong)進(jin)度,8號線采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)了多種先進(jin)工(gong)藝。例如,過海段(duan)聯絡通道在(zai)國內首次采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)小(xiao)盾構機(ji)(ji)械施工(gong)、在(zai)省內首次采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)電瓶式鋪軌門吊、首次引進(jin)自(zi)動打孔(kong)機(ji)(ji)器(qi)人等等。此外,根據不同地(di)質(zhi)同時采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)礦山法、泥水盾構、TBM施工(gong),最終攻(gong)克(ke)了“咽喉”,確保了線路(lu)如期通車。

8號線(xian)還(huan)在(zai)省內首次臨近(jin)高(gao)速鐵(tie)(tie)路地鐵(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)。8號線(xian)高(gao)架(jia)(jia)段(duan)與濟青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)并行(xing)7.5公里(li),最(zui)近(jin)處僅(jin)相隔(ge)12米(mi)(mi),且穿越電廠(chang)區,距(ju)離煙囪不足(zu)30米(mi)(mi)。為(wei)(wei)確(que)(que)保在(zai)濟青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)開通(tong)(tong)運(yun)營(ying)前完(wan)工(gong)(gong),建設單位從方案的策劃(hua)、設計(ji)方案變更、人員投(tou)入(ru)等各(ge)方面進行(xing)協調,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)增加1個架(jia)(jia)梁(liang)點、1套提運(yun)架(jia)(jia)設備和運(yun)梁(liang)通(tong)(tong)道等措施(shi)(shi)提高(gao)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)效率。該段(duan)連(lian)續梁(liang)經多方協調最(zui)終由(you)掛籃法施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)改為(wei)(wei)支架(jia)(jia)法,節省了一個多月時間。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)高(gao)峰時人員投(tou)入(ru)1000余人同(tong)時作業,僅(jin)用(yong)10個月完(wan)成高(gao)架(jia)(jia)段(duan)于(yu)濟青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)并行(xing)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),最(zui)終確(que)(que)保了在(zai)濟青(qing)(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)(tie)開通(tong)(tong)前完(wan)工(gong)(gong)。

 8號(hao)線北段的(de)藝術設(she)計(ji)(ji)著重提取(qu)航(hang)空(kong)(kong)元素,以“夢幻青(qing)島(dao)”為設(she)計(ji)(ji)主(zhu)題,結合青(qing)島(dao)海洋(yang)特(te)色(se)和豐富多彩的(de)地域文化(hua),以“新媒介、新觀(guan)念”藝術手法植入空(kong)(kong)間,實(shi)現了城(cheng)市(shi)文化(hua)、歷(li)史(shi)沉(chen)淀與(yu)先進現代(dai)(dai)科(ke)技的(de)完(wan)美交織(zhi),塑造(zao)了獨具特(te)色(se)的(de)空(kong)(kong)間藝術一體化(hua)設(she)計(ji)(ji),為青(qing)島(dao)未來發(fa)展描繪(hui)出一幅現代(dai)(dai)科(ke)技的(de)畫面。8號(hao)線建成通車后,將實(shi)現高鐵(tie)、地鐵(tie)、航(hang)空(kong)(kong)等(deng)全方位換(huan)乘(cheng),打造(zao)了膠州市(shi)到青(qing)島(dao)主(zhu)城(cheng)區的(de)新通道(dao)。
