青島地鐵2號線主線爆破作業全部結束

4月23日,隨著(zhu)石(shi)老人站(zhan)(zhan)到(dao)苗嶺路站(zhan)(zhan)區間右線最后7米貫(guan)通(tong),地(di)鐵2號線爆(bao)破作業全部(bu)結束,這將有(you)效減(jian)少地(di)鐵施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)對周邊(bian)居民帶來的影(ying)響。施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)圍(wei)擋逐步清撤,施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)場地(di)開始恢復(fu)原址原貌。貫(guan)通(tong)后將大幅(fu)度歸還公(gong)用資源占有(you)面積(ji),緩解地(di)面交(jiao)通(tong)壓(ya)力,附(fu)屬工(gong)(gong)程進入大干階段。

地(di)鐵(tie)2號線(xian)(xian)(xian)一期工程線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)全長25.2公里,共設(she)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)22座(zuo) ,均為(wei)地(di)下站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。建(jian)設(she)范圍起自泰山(shan)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),止于李村(cun)公園(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),途(tu)經(jing)市(shi)北區、市(shi)南區、嶗山(shan)區、李滄(cang)區四個區。目前(qian),2號線(xian)(xian)(xian)嶗山(shan)區、李滄(cang)區段(麥島站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)——李村(cun)公園(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))已實(shi)現雙(shuang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)。該(gai)段沿線(xian)(xian)(xian)地(di)層(ceng)主(zhu)要由黏(nian)性土、砂(sha)土、欠固結軟土、粉質黏(nian)土、淤(yu)泥(ni)粗砂(sha)、富水(shui)砂(sha)層(ceng)組成,局(ju)部有斷裂帶(dai)、破碎帶(dai)、暗渠、流沙等現象(xiang),地(di)質條件(jian)惡劣。該(gai)段施(shi)(shi)工工法(fa)(fa)包括明挖法(fa)(fa)、暗挖法(fa)(fa)、礦(kuang)山(shan)法(fa)(fa)、TBM工法(fa)(fa),是(shi)迄今為(wei)止全國地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)中工法(fa)(fa)最全、涵蓋技術(shu)量最多(duo)的線(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu),為(wei)后續地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)工提供了參考(kao)經(jing)驗。目前(qian),2號線(xian)(xian)(xian)土建(jian)完(wan)成65%,6座(zuo)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)體完(wan)工,此(ci)外,由中鐵(tie)二十五局(ju)五公司施(shi)(shi)工的同(tong)安(an)路(lu)(lu)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、同(tong)汽區間(jian)(同(tong)安(an)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)——汽車(che)東站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))、苗(miao)同(tong)區間(jian)(苗(miao)嶺路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)——同(tong)安(an)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan))、車(che)輛段工程已率先完(wan)成主(zhu)體結構施(shi)(shi)工。

東(dong)部嶗山(shan)區屬臨海(hai)地(di)區,主(zhu)要以(yi)黏性土、砂土、富水(shui)(shui)(shui)砂層、局部夾(jia)有碎石,且受海(hai)洋氣候影響,雨量(liang)較多。其中富水(shui)(shui)(shui)砂層極不利于(yu)TBM及(ji)礦山(shan)法掘(jue)進,稍有不慎就(jiu)會導致大面積(ji)涌水(shui)(shui)(shui)甚至(zhi)隧道坍(tan)塌(ta),引發(fa)安全事故(gu),為施工(gong)帶來前進阻(zu)力。施工(gong)方(fang)中國鐵建(jian)憑借多年積(ji)累(lei)的隧道施工(gong)經(jing)驗,采(cai)用(yong)超前小(xiao)導管(guan)輔助帷(wei)幕注(zhu)漿、施工(gong)敏感位(wei)置采(cai)用(yong)地(di)表注(zhu)漿的方(fang)式加固地(di)層,及(ji)時抽排積(ji)水(shui)(shui)(shui),現(xian)場24小(xiao)時值班(ban)盯控,全天進行(xing)地(di)表監控與(yu)拱(gong)頂沉降(jiang)監控,確保(bao)沉降(jiang)值在允(yun)許范圍(wei)內(nei)。針對富水(shui)(shui)(shui)砂層特殊地(di)質條(tiao)件合理調(diao)整施工(gong)參數,堅持“早預(yu)防、強加固、短進尺、弱影響”方(fang)針,各施工(gong)步(bu)序有序進行(xing),成功(gong)穿越富水(shui)(shui)(shui)砂層。

 除此之外(wai),2號線(xian)李滄區、嶗山(shan)區段沿線(xian)下穿李村河和(he)(he)張村河,埋深最淺處只有(you)4.27m,且表(biao)層(ceng)為(wei)(wei)洪沖積層(ceng)粉(fen)質(zhi)粘土及粗礫砂,下伏(fu)花崗(gang)巖(yan),列(lie)為(wei)(wei)全(quan)(quan)線(xian)1級風險源(yuan),安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患極(ji)大。為(wei)(wei)此,青島地鐵與施工方中(zhong)鐵建成立專項攻(gong)堅小組召開專家評審,制定(ding)專項施工方案和(he)(he)安(an)全(quan)(quan)管控方案,采用挖(wa)孔樁結合旋(xuan)噴樁止水(shui)工藝,形成全(quan)(quan)封閉(bi)式防水(shui)擋墻。經實(shi)踐,工程質(zhi)量滿足使(shi)用需(xu)求。

2號線東(dong)部(bu)和北部(bu)的(de)(de)雙線貫(guan)通(tong)意味著嶗山(shan)區(qu)和李(li)滄區(qu)可以盡快恢(hui)復地(di)(di)表路面,降低對公用資源的(de)(de)占用,緩解(jie)交通(tong)壓力。2號線作為連接青(qing)(qing)島(dao)市(shi)(shi)(shi)東(dong)、西、北部(bu)的(de)(de)主要干線,對于提升城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)功(gong)能,節約利用城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)空間,緩解(jie)城(cheng)市(shi)(shi)(shi)交通(tong)堵塞,解(jie)決群眾出行問題有著重大意義。另一方面,同(tong)時將青(qing)(qing)島(dao)老城(cheng)區(qu)、行政中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、商業中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)、東(dong)北部(bu)發展地(di)(di)區(qu)、西南部(bu)發達地(di)(di)區(qu)串(chuan)聯成一條平衡穩步提升的(de)(de)軌道交通(tong)渠道,對青(qing)(qing)島(dao)東(dong)北部(bu)發展地(di)(di)區(qu)的(de)(de)經濟提升起著動脈式作用,帶動嶗山(shan)區(qu)和李(li)滄區(qu)的(de)(de)經濟發展,助推青(qing)(qing)島(dao)市(shi)(shi)(shi)進入覆蓋化(hua)、全面化(hua)、立體(ti)化(hua)的(de)(de)高速發展階段(duan)。
