5月28日,青島地鐵8號線“雙接頭”分線箱順利完成送電,為地鐵1號線供電提供保障,也為8號線電流接入創造了條件。
地鐵8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)“雙接(jie)頭(tou)”分(fen)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)箱(xiang)是1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)勝利橋(qiao)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)、8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)閆家山站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)共接(jie)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),由浩越(青島(dao))建(jian)設電(dian)(dian)力工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)有限(xian)公(gong)(gong)司具體實施(shi),該工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)屬于(yu)35千伏高壓施(shi)工(gong)(gong)項目(mu),從國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)虎(hu)山變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)引出(chu)一路(lu)高壓電(dian)(dian)源到分(fen)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)箱(xiang),從分(fen)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)箱(xiang)輸(shu)出(chu)兩(liang)路(lu)電(dian)(dian)源。一路(lu)為(wei)(wei)地鐵1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)勝利橋(qiao)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)及周(zhou)邊7站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)8區(qu)間約(yue)(yue)11公(gong)(gong)里(li)的(de)范圍供(gong)電(dian)(dian);一路(lu)為(wei)(wei)地鐵8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)閆家山站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)開閉(bi)所(suo)南昌(chang)路(lu)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)至(zhi)紅島(dao)科技(ji)館站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)6站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)5區(qu)間約(yue)(yue)17公(gong)(gong)里(li)的(de)范圍供(gong)電(dian)(dian)。主(zhu)要工(gong)(gong)作為(wei)(wei)新建(jian)分(fen)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)箱(xiang)1座、敷設高壓電(dian)(dian)纜約(yue)(yue)420米和電(dian)(dian)纜設備的(de)試驗調試,以及外部相應的(de)配套(tao)工(gong)(gong)作。
本工程采用的(de)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)為目前青島地鐵最高規格(ge)的(de)單(dan)芯(xin)高電(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),其直徑達(da)到7厘米(mi)(mi)(mi),總重(zhong)量達(da)6.5噸,需(xu)要將3根單(dan)芯(xin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)擺成“品(pin)”字形敷設至2米(mi)(mi)(mi)高的(de)管(guan)廊支(zhi)(zhi)架上固定,受管(guan)廊空間限制(高2.2米(mi)(mi)(mi),寬2米(mi)(mi)(mi))無法使(shi)用機械,只(zhi)能靠(kao)有限的(de)人力將沉重(zhong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)抬放到支(zhi)(zhi)架上,且管(guan)廊支(zhi)(zhi)架上還有已經(jing)通電(dian)(dian)的(de)多(duo)條高壓電(dian)(dian)纜(lan),施工危險系(xi)數高,難(nan)度大。
“起跑即(ji)沖(chong)刺、開局(ju)即(ji)決戰”八號(hao)線公(gong)司迎難而上絕不退(tui)縮,為滿(man)足1號(hao)線勝利橋(qiao)開站閉所(suo)5月底外部(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源引(yin)入(ru)的(de)工期(qi)需(xu)求,從3月份(fen)開始(shi)著手準(zhun)備(bei),僅(jin)在短(duan)短(duan)3個月時(shi)間內(nei)就完(wan)成了方案研究、圖紙設(she)計、規劃及(ji)綠遷(qian)(qian)手續辦理、洽商進(jin)場、設(she)備(bei)采購供貨、電(dian)(dian)(dian)力設(she)備(bei)安裝調試、施工驗收、送電(dian)(dian)(dian)等(deng)全部(bu)工作。該項目位于綠化帶(dai)內(nei),地(di)(di)理位置特殊,只(zhi)能在有限(xian)的(de)范(fan)圍(wei)內(nei)進(jin)行施工,且需(xu)要辦理綠遷(qian)(qian)、占(zhan)掘路,施工過程困難大(da),手續程序繁(fan)多,但為了保證按時(shi)完(wan)成送電(dian)(dian)(dian),八號(hao)線公(gong)司提(ti)前謀劃、精心組(zu)織、嚴格管理,在青(qing)島市(shi)各(ge)相關部(bu)門(men)、地(di)(di)鐵集團、供電(dian)(dian)(dian)公(gong)司的(de)大(da)力支(zhi)持與幫助下,最終高(gao)質量高(gao)標(biao)準(zhun)的(de)提(ti)前完(wan)成了各(ge)項工作并(bing)順(shun)利完(wan)成送電(dian)(dian)(dian)任務。
青(qing)(qing)島地(di)鐵(tie)8號線分(fen)線箱新(xin)建(jian)工程順利送電(dian)是8號線建(jian)設過程中的一個重大節(jie)點。展現了(le)地(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設者攻堅(jian)(jian)克難的精神,不僅為(wei)1號線供(gong)電(dian)提供(gong)了(le)保障,同時也為(wei)地(di)鐵(tie)8號線后續供(gong)電(dian)接入奠定了(le)堅(jian)(jian)實的基礎,為(wei)建(jian)設開(kai)放、現代、活(huo)力(li)、時尚的青(qing)(qing)島再添(tian)“新(xin)動能(neng)”。
