編者按:地鐵(tie)寄(ji)托著(zhu)城市發展和市民幸福生活的(de)(de)希(xi)望(wang),在一(yi)座座地鐵(tie)串聯城區的(de)(de)偉大工(gong)程背(bei)(bei)后,都有著(zhu)地鐵(tie)建設者的(de)(de)身(shen)影。青島地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)北段(duan)2020年年底開通運營,極大便利了(le)城陽、李滄市民的(de)(de)出行,而在這(zhe)(zhe)背(bei)(bei)后,也流淌(tang)著(zhu)這(zhe)(zhe)樣一(yi)群建設辛勤的(de)(de)汗水。他(ta)們用思索和實(shi)干、熱情和理想點燃希(xi)望(wang)的(de)(de)地鐵(tie)夢。為(wei)了(le)能(neng)夠圓(yuan)滿完成任(ren)務,1800個日日夜夜,加班加點,說是(shi)工(gong)作需要,其(qi)實(shi)更是(shi)一(yi)種責(ze)任(ren)的(de)(de)驅(qu)使(shi),因為(wei)這(zhe)(zhe)份責(ze)任(ren),為(wei)了(le)共(gong)同的(de)(de)目標,付出100%的(de)(de)努力。

作為工(gong)(gong)程管理處處長,他(ta)(ta)(ta)是(shi)1號線(xian)工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)的“頂梁柱”,工(gong)(gong)程建(jian)設(she)涉及的分工(gong)(gong)很多,主要包括土建(jian)、機電、軌道、地(di)面建(jian)筑、景觀恢(hui)復等幾大項。對于他(ta)(ta)(ta)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo),忙碌的工(gong)(gong)作已經是(shi)他(ta)(ta)(ta)的習(xi)慣,他(ta)(ta)(ta)的日歷上沒有8小時、沒有休(xiu)息日。用他(ta)(ta)(ta)的話來(lai)(lai)說(shuo),地(di)鐵(tie)建(jian)設(she)受地(di)質影響(xiang)很大,地(di)下(xia)作業讓他(ta)(ta)(ta)“提(ti)心(xin)吊(diao)膽”的日子(zi)很多,尤其是(shi)在開挖(wa)階段(duan),他(ta)(ta)(ta)最擔心(xin)半(ban)夜接到電話,睡個安(an)穩覺對他(ta)(ta)(ta)來(lai)(lai)說(shuo)是(shi)一種奢(she)侈。

他(ta)見證(zheng)了青島地(di)鐵1號線(xian)從(cong)無到(dao)有的(de)過(guo)程,他(ta)有著一顆堅強(qiang)的(de)心和韌勁,遇到(dao)再難的(de)情況也沒(mei)有讓他(ta)放棄。在(zai)青島復雜的(de)地(di)質環境、管遷整改等(deng)困難條件下,攻(gong)堅克難、創新(xin)突破;在(zai)疫情與工程“兩手抓、兩手硬、兩不(bu)誤”的(de)要求下,沖鋒在(zai)前、全力以赴(fu);在(zai)1號線(xian)北段開通運營時(shi),他(ta)默默地(di)擦了擦眼淚。

“作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)北(bei)段開(kai)通(tong)負責(ze)人,我的(de)目標(biao)就是(shi)協助(zhu)每個(ge)參建(jian)團(tuan)隊按期完成他們的(de)任務,就像賽道(dao)上(shang)的(de)汽車,哪個(ge)有故(gu)障就搶修哪個(ge),一(yi)個(ge)都不(bu)落(luo)下,都能跑到終點(dian)(dian)就贏了。”周桂銀這(zhe)(zhe)樣(yang)說(shuo)道(dao),為(wei)了保障1號線北(bei)段的(de)按期順利開(kai)通(tong),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)被公(gong)司公(gong)認工作(zuo)(zuo)上(shang)拼(pin)命三郎(lang)的(de)他每天早上(shang)7點(dian)(dian)組(zu)織大家(jia)開(kai)早會(hui),梳理存(cun)在問題布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)當天任務,晚(wan)(wan)上(shang)7點(dian)(dian)總結(jie)完成情況(kuang)布(bu)(bu)置(zhi)晚(wan)(wan)上(shang)工作(zuo)(zuo),晚(wan)(wan)上(shang)十二點(dian)(dian)前幾乎(hu)沒回過家(jia),累的(de)站不(bu)住了就蹲(dun)下來講,就憑(ping)這(zhe)(zhe)股(gu)韌(ren)勁硬是(shi)將地層復(fu)雜兇險(xian)的(de)北(bei)段按節點(dian)(dian)開(kai)通(tong)。

冬天(tian)防火,夏天(tian)防汛。在施工現場,在最苦最累(lei)的(de)地方,總能看到他的(de)身影。伴隨(sui)著(zhu)春夏秋(qiu)冬時間輪轉(zhuan),他一(yi)直奔赴(fu)在一(yi)線。面對急難險重的(de)任務,他沖鋒在前,帶(dai)領大家攻下一(yi)個又一(yi)個山頭,完成一(yi)項又一(yi)項艱巨(ju)的(de)任務。

 

 

王貴寧

王貴寧(ning)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)1號線北段設(she)備(bei)(bei)工程建設(she)的(de)(de)領頭人。何(he)為設(she)備(bei)(bei),只要(yao)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)乘客乘坐地鐵(tie)所使用的(de)(de)都(dou)屬于設(she)備(bei)(bei)。乘客從進站到上車,都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)設(she)備(bei)(bei)在(zai)提供整個(ge)運行。2020年是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不平凡的(de)(de)一(yi)年,從電通、通信(xin)通、冷熱滑到綜合聯(lian)調,忙碌的(de)(de)身影,見(jian)證著地鐵(tie)車站從“毛(mao)坯”到“精(jing)(jing)裝修”,每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)開(kai)閉門、每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)設(she)備(bei)(bei)房(fang)、每(mei)一(yi)個(ge)顯示(shi)屏(ping),都(dou)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)他(ta)帶(dai)領團隊用細(xi)致到精(jing)(jing)細(xi)的(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)神在(zai)把關;各個(ge)單(dan)位作(zuo)業時(shi)(shi)間、場區的(de)(de)協調,費(fei)神費(fei)心更費(fei)力。這一(yi)年,對他(ta)也是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不平凡的(de)(de),經歷了母親的(de)(de)離世、孩(hai)子的(de)(de)出生,“我(wo)(wo)很慚(can)愧,對家庭我(wo)(wo)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)虧欠的(de)(de),陪(pei)家人的(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間太少(shao)”說(shuo)起這些,他(ta)的(de)(de)眼圈微(wei)微(wei)泛(fan)紅。

今年的疫情(qing),對設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)管理工(gong)(gong)作影(ying)響非(fei)常大。“當時(shi),我們(men)有一批最核心的供電(dian)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)。這個(ge)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)的供應商是武漢的。那時(shi),武漢處于封城狀態。但這個(ge)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)如果到不(bu)了青島,就會(hui)影(ying)響到原定的4月(yue)30日的電(dian)通目(mu)標,之后的很多(duo)工(gong)(gong)作也會(hui)因(yin)此(ci)延后無(wu)法開展,也將影(ying)響年底開通。”王貴寧說,面對這個(ge)巨大的挑(tiao)戰,我們(men)提前謀劃,費了諸多(duo)周(zhou)折(zhe)、多(duo)方協調(diao),終(zhong)于在(zai)3月(yue)上旬把這個(ge)設(she)(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)正常運到了青島,為確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)期(qi)順利完(wan)成搶回了寶貴的時(shi)間。

他說:“雖(sui)然我(wo)們(men)每(mei)個(ge)人不是(shi)最優秀的(de),但是(shi)我(wo)們(men)在一(yi)起就是(shi)最優秀的(de)集體。”在這個(ge)工程中有太(tai)多的(de)復雜艱辛,但通(tong)過艱苦卓(zhuo)絕的(de)工作,實(shi)現(xian)了團隊的(de)成(cheng)長和理想(xiang)。

他主(zhu)要負責青島北(bei)站至滄安路(lu)站區間標段工(gong)程(cheng),在他的努力下,滄安路(lu)站僅用(yong)半年時間就(jiu)完成了(le)以往需要一年以上時間才能(neng)完成了(le)附(fu)屬工(gong)程(cheng)的土建施工(gong)等攻堅任務。

在(zai)疫(yi)情(qing)期(qi)間,積極組(zu)織(zhi)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)復產,他(ta)努力協調各方(fang)資源和施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)相互配合保障了滄(cang)安(an)路(lu)站(zhan)附屬施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong)大規模的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人員的(de)(de)人身(shen)安(an)全,又能滿足滄(cang)安(an)路(lu)站(zhan)附屬結(jie)構滿負荷的(de)(de)生產。在(zai)疫(yi)情(qing)與工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程“兩手(shou)抓、兩手(shou)硬、兩不誤”的(de)(de)要求(qiu)下(xia),他(ta)克服種(zhong)種(zhong)困(kun)難(nan),疫(yi)情(qing)防控和項目復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)統籌兼顧,以(yi)及復工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)后的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質量安(an)全管控等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),在(zai)他(ta)的(de)(de)努力下(xia),滄(cang)安(an)路(lu)站(zhan)附屬施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)進度屢創(chuang)佳績(ji),其中(zhong)滄(cang)安(an)路(lu)站(zhan)A出入口僅(jin)用時(shi)20天就完(wan)成了主體結(jie)構的(de)(de)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務,同(tong)樣以(yi)創(chuang)記錄的(de)(de)方(fang)式僅(jin)用時(shi)1個月就完(wan)成了青島地鐵1號線II級重大風險源之一采(cai)用CRD法(fa)施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)長45m、高15m、寬10m的(de)(de)1號活(huo)塞風道襯砌施(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)任務。

為(wei)了(le)保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)北段的(de)(de)按期(qi)順(shun)利(li)開(kai)通(tong),李(li)寧(ning)(ning)舍(she)棄(qi)了(le)與家人(ren)陪伴的(de)(de)時(shi)光,甚至在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)的(de)(de)高峰期(qi)吃(chi)住在(zai)工(gong)地上,統籌調度將工(gong)程進(jin)度向前趕(gan),向前推。在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)現(xian)場,李(li)寧(ning)(ning)一(yi)直沖(chong)鋒在(zai)前,舍(she)小家為(wei)大(da)家,圓滿保(bao)障(zhang)(zhang)了(le)年(nian)底1號(hao)(hao)線(xian)北段開(kai)通(tong)運營的(de)(de)重(zhong)要任務。

 

劉向(xiang)明

劉(liu)向明(ming)是2015年第(di)一(yi)批(pi)調入1號線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),他見證并(bing)參與了1號線(xian)一(yi)路(lu)走來(lai)的(de)(de)(de)整個(ge)歷(li)程。劉(liu)向明(ming)先后負(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)青島站(zhan)(zhan)、西鎮(zhen)站(zhan)(zhan)、貴州路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)、過(guo)海隧道、東環(huan)路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)、控制中(zhong)心、井岡山路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)等站(zhan)(zhan)點及(ji)區間工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,負(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)全線(xian)綠化景觀(guan)恢(hui)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,同(tong)時(shi)處室內(nei)負(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)全線(xian)的(de)(de)(de)分包管理(li)(li)、實名制管理(li)(li)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資(zi)發放考核、班組建設管理(li)(li)、環(huan)保管理(li)(li)、處內(nei)督察等工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)多、任務重。在他的(de)(de)(de)努力下,他完成了1號線(xian)北段景觀(guan)恢(hui)復(fu)、南段過(guo)海隧道、東環(huan)路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)主體(ti)結構等節點目標的(de)(de)(de)攻堅(jian)任務。負(fu)(fu)責(ze)(ze)的(de)(de)(de)轄區工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)點安全質量可控,繁雜(za)的(de)(de)(de)日常業務有序及(ji)時(shi)處理(li)(li)。在疫情防(fang)(fang)控關鍵時(shi)期,他沖鋒在前,對1號線(xian)中(zhong)段各個(ge)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)點的(de)(de)(de)防(fang)(fang)疫工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)進(jin)行(xing)細致(zhi)核查、驗收,對轄區工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)點組織施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)員(yuan)復(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)復(fu)產,默默無聞做出(chu)了辛(xin)苦努力。

負(fu)責1號線全(quan)線專用通信(xin)及公安通信(xin)17個子(zi)系統集成(cheng)及施工安裝(zhuang)工程。作為業主代(dai)表,在做好“監”和(he)“管”的同時,時刻提醒自己更要有“擔(dan)當”和(he)“服(fu)務(wu)”意(yi)識,將設計單(dan)位、施工單(dan)位、監理單(dan)位、集成(cheng)廠(chang)家緊密(mi)團(tuan)結(jie)起來(lai),通力(li)合(he)作解決現場問題,保障施工的安全(quan)、質(zhi)量(liang)、進度。

張允這樣說(shuo)道,“作為一名黨(dang)員,面對困難和問題,就要(yao)有(you)“舍我其誰”的(de)態度(du),勇于承擔,樂(le)于奉獻”。“1號線北段開(kai)通,只是(shi)完(wan)成一個階(jie)段性的(de)目(mu)(mu)標(biao),我們會一如既(ji)往,朝著實(shi)現1號線全線開(kai)通的(de)總目(mu)(mu)標(biao)前進,做(zuo)(zuo)優質工(gong)程,做(zuo)(zuo)精(jing)品工(gong)程!”

 


李紅霞(xia)   

青島(dao)市地(di)鐵一號線有限公司供(gong)電業(ye)主代表

她主要負責1號線(xian)(xian)全線(xian)(xian)及兩段(duan)一(yi)場3個(ge)(ge)供(gong)電標(biao)段(duan)供(gong)電施(shi)工(gong)管理工(gong)作(zuo)。前期完成(cheng)了(le)靈山衛110KV主變電所、控制(zhi)中(zhong)心(xin)降壓(ya)變電所、1號線(xian)(xian)北段(duan)15個(ge)(ge)車站(zhan)、2個(ge)(ge)車輛段(duan)供(gong)電系統(tong)設(she)(she)備安(an)裝施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)作(zuo)。其中(zhong)靈山衛主變電所是島城第(di)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)110KV地(di)下(xia)變電站(zhan),目(mu)前設(she)(she)備已帶(dai)電運行(xing)正(zheng)常。

施工過程中(zhong),李紅霞深入現場(chang),積極協調。推動分(fen)管供電單位(wei)與屬地單位(wei)簽訂協議,加快(kuai)進(jin)場(chang)速度。她仔細分(fen)析(xi)風險源,嚴格把(ba)控(kong)安(an)全(quan)風險。

供(gong)電系統均是大型設備,最(zui)重的(de)(de)整(zheng)流變壓器達12噸(dun),軌(gui)行區(qu)交叉作(zuo)業多(duo),軌(gui)行區(qu)運(yun)輸施工(gong)風(feng)(feng)險大。針對這種情況李紅霞提前(qian)帶領施工(gong)單(dan)位(wei)現場調(diao)查,查閱土建圖紙(zhi),與屬地單(dan)位(wei)溝通,最(zui)終利用車站的(de)(de)吊裝(zhuang)口(kou)、風(feng)(feng)井口(kou)完成設備運(yun)輸工(gong)作(zuo),大大降低了軌(gui)行區(qu)運(yun)輸風(feng)(feng)險。

李紅(hong)霞認為(wei)質量管(guan)理是百年大(da)計(ji),施工(gong)(gong)過程中嚴(yan)把(ba)質量關。首(shou)先出廠設備材(cai)料嚴(yan)格按照技術規格書(shu)的(de)要求(qiu)去檢(jian)查落實,保(bao)證了供貨質量,加強(qiang)第三(san)方檢(jian)測管(guan)理工(gong)(gong)作,對重要物資做(zuo)到(dao)施工(gong)(gong)單(dan)位、監理單(dan)位、建設單(dan)位三(san)方平行檢(jian)測,為(wei)工(gong)(gong)程質量提(ti)供了物質保(bao)障(zhang)。

北段供電(dian)系(xi)統在初期(qi)運營(ying)前安全評估(gu)無A類、C類問題,這(zhe)在青島地鐵供電(dian)史上(shang)也是絕(jue)無僅有(you)的。

他(ta)的工(gong)作主要負責(ze)1號線全(quan)線信號系(xi)統(tong)、AFC系(xi)統(tong)、FAS及氣滅系(xi)統(tong)集成施工(gong)管理(li)工(gong)作,另外,他(ta)也負責(ze)消防(fang)驗收。

信(xin)號(hao)系統安全認(ren)證是動車調試、空(kong)載試運(yun)行及載客(ke)試運(yun)營的必(bi)要條(tiao)件,為(wei)保(bao)證各(ge)階段節點(dian)兌(dui)現,提前(qian)謀劃(hua),合理安排計劃(hua),著(zhu)力協調重(zhong)點(dian)問題,按節點(dian)取證確保(bao)電客(ke)車安全開跑。

消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)工(gong)(gong)作涉(she)及建筑、通風(feng)、給排水、動力照明(ming)及火災自動報(bao)警系統等多專業(ye),北段設(she)計(ji)、施工(gong)(gong)、監(jian)理單(dan)位(wei)全部需參(can)與(yu)。驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)期間,劉(liu)歡多次牽(qian)頭組(zu)織(zhi)各相關單(dan)位(wei)進行消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)聯動測試,統籌安排驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)計(ji)劃(hua),克服了時(shi)間緊(jin)、專業(ye)多、調(diao)試內容復(fu)雜、組(zu)織(zhi)協調(diao)難(nan)度大(da)等諸多困(kun)難(nan),他結(jie)合工(gong)(gong)程現場提前制定驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)計(ji)劃(hua),歷時(shi)兩個半月完(wan)成(cheng)北段15座(zuo)車站、22公(gong)里(li)區間、1座(zuo)區間風(feng)井及2座(zuo)車輛(liang)基地消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)初檢(jian)復(fu)檢(jian),高效、優(you)質的完(wan)成(cheng)了消(xiao)防(fang)(fang)驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)任務,取得合格意見書。

王(wang)勇(yong)負責東(dong)郭(guo)莊車輛(liang)段、東(dong)郭(guo)莊站、溝(gou)岔村站屬地管(guan)理,后負責東(dong)郭(guo)莊站至廟頭站屬地管(guan)理。

1號線廟文(wen)區間聯(lian)絡通(tong)道屬(shu)于一(yi)級重(zhong)大風險源,春節期間未停工(gong)(gong),受(shou)新冠疫情影響該工(gong)(gong)點(dian)業主代表處于隔離(li)期。從1月(yue)29日(ri)開始(shi),每天對現場進行檢(jian)查(cha),重(zhong)點(dian)檢(jian)查(cha)工(gong)(gong)人個體防護、隔離(li)措施以及各項施工(gong)(gong)安全措施是否到位(wei)。2月(yue)8日(ri),廟文(wen)區間聯(lian)絡通(tong)道主體結(jie)構澆筑完成,為1號線北段(duan)軌通(tong)奠定了基(ji)礎(chu)。

車(che)站內部(bu)機電安裝(zhuang)、裝(zhuang)飾裝(zhuang)修、弱電單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)交叉施工(gong)如火如荼;車(che)站外(wai)部(bu)土建管(guan)線(xian)回(hui)遷、地(di)面建筑、環境恢復施工(gong)熱火朝天。工(gong)期緊、任務重(zhong),參建單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)眾(zhong)多,工(gong)作(zuo)千頭萬緒,作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)屬(shu)地(di)業主代(dai)表工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)中之重(zhong)就是協調各(ge)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)有序(xu)、高(gao)效施工(gong)。周(zhou)末(mo)、節假日不休,加班加點,重(zhong)點車(che)站每天現場(chang)調度,以(yi)場(chang)地(di)移交為(wei)(wei)切入點,給各(ge)單(dan)(dan)位(wei)(wei)盡快(kuai)提供工(gong)作(zuo)面;以(yi)屬(shu)地(di)管(guan)理為(wei)(wei)抓手,保證現場(chang)整(zheng)體可控(kong)。同時,勤于和周(zhou)邊社區溝通交流,最大限(xian)度解決他們(men)的(de)(de)(de)訴求,爭取他們(men)對地(di)鐵施工(gong)的(de)(de)(de)支持。

負責永年路站及兩端區間的土建施工及站后專業屬地協調工作。
     在疫情期間,積極組織施工人員復工復產。制定人員進場計劃、落實返青人數和交通方式、檢查隔離區和防疫保障、開展復工驗收審批等等,為1號線整體建設有序推進提供了積極的條件。
     土建專業是后續專業的基礎。永年路站B出入口開挖時,坡度60度,挖機都站不住,他們還要想辦法往外倒運土方。一點一點進行,最后用6天時間,挖機不間斷接力,近10個月才全部挖通。進行結構施工時,由于坡度太陡,給材料運輸造成了極大困難,甚至鋼筋固定都容易滑塌,朱光濤與同事們一起想辦法,攻堅克難,最后完成了施工任務。

屬地管理協(xie)調工作復雜(za)度、難度特別大。高峰(feng)時期,永年路站(zhan)站(zhan)內站(zhan)外(wai)同(tong)時有土建、機電、裝修、通信、信號、消防(fang)、人(ren)防(fang)、地面建筑、外(wai)配套管線環(huan)境恢復等十幾(ji)個(ge)專業(ye)(ye)的五六百(bai)名人(ren)員(yuan)同(tong)時施工,專業(ye)(ye)接口(kou)幾(ji)十個(ge),場(chang)地使用(yong)、材料運輸通道矛盾特別突出(chu),每天協(xie)調工作不(bu)(bu)斷,安排稍有不(bu)(bu)對,就容易造成(cheng)現場(chang)施工不(bu)(bu)順,產生問題。

朱光濤說道(dao):“作為具有15年現場(chang)地(di)(di)鐵施(shi)工(gong)經驗(yan)的地(di)(di)鐵人,充(chong)(chong)分發(fa)揮自身(shen)的管理經驗(yan),充(chong)(chong)分調(diao)查(cha),認真(zhen)分析,超(chao)前研判,抓住(zhu)主要矛(mao)盾,核心和關鍵(jian)要點,合理安排調(diao)度(du),保證現場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)順(shun)暢。”

他(ta)是工程(cheng)建設(she)期(qi)間(jian)安全質(zhi)量(liang)、工程(cheng)進度、文明施工、現(xian)場(chang)協調等工作的總牽頭人,同時負(fu)責永(yong)興區(qu)間(jian)豎井(含(han)(han))至流亭機場(chang)站(不含(han)(han))計(ji)五站五區(qu)間(jian)的現(xian)場(chang)管理工作。

2020年(nian)(nian)是北(bei)段(duan)的“開(kai)通(tong)年(nian)(nian)”,在今(jin)年(nian)(nian)年(nian)(nian)初疫情(qing)期間,他的管段(duan)尚(shang)有(you)兩(liang)個暗(an)挖出入口(kou)、四個重慶(qing)路過街通(tong)道未開(kai)工(gong),還有(you)三十多(duo)米的停車線開(kai)挖需(xu)要(yao)(yao)下(xia)穿(chuan)加油站,本來嚴峻的工(gong)期和安全(quan)壓(ya)力又(you)趕上新冠疫情(qing),面對困難和挑(tiao)戰,他沒(mei)有(you)畏懼退(tui)縮(suo),以目標為導向(xiang),積極組織作業(ye)人員(yuan)復工(gong)復產,協調各專業(ye)交叉施(shi)工(gong)中存在的問題,除了協調聯(lian)絡之外,各種(zhong)計劃(hua)、報表(biao)、會(hui)議通(tong)知、紀要(yao)(yao)等內(nei)業(ye)也全(quan)部(bu)由栗(li)全(quan)旺自己親自處理。白天(tian)工(gong)地上協調聯(lian)絡,晚上邊處理內(nei)業(ye)邊繼續忙著聯(lian)絡,已然成為常態(tai)。他們沖鋒在前,舍小家為大(da)家,圓滿保障(zhang)了1號線北(bei)段(duan)年(nian)(nian)底(di)開(kai)通(tong)試運營的重要(yao)(yao)任務。

他負責瑞金路站及(ji)流亭站至小寨(zhai)子站區間工程(cheng)屬地協調(diao)管理并牽頭組織人防專項驗(yan)收工作。

在屬地管(guan)理方(fang)面(mian),他一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面(mian)緊盯土建施工(gong)(gong)進度,帶領施工(gong)(gong)單(dan)(dan)位細化施工(gong)(gong)組織及資源配(pei)置方(fang)案,將施工(gong)(gong)計劃(hua)細化到以(yi)小時(shi)為單(dan)(dan)位,明確(que)各工(gong)(gong)序施工(gong)(gong)時(shi)間(jian);另一(yi)(yi)方(fang)面(mian)協(xie)調各專業接口及施工(gong)(gong)條件移交,機(ji)電、裝(zhuang)修、弱電等各戰后專業有序銜接、壓茬(cha)推進,最大(da)限(xian)度利(li)用(yong)施工(gong)(gong)時(shi)間(jian),保證(zheng)了工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目驗(yan)收、竣工(gong)(gong)驗(yan)收及初期運(yun)營前安全(quan)評(ping)估的順利(li)通過。

牽頭組(zu)織人(ren)防驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)工作,北段(duan)人(ren)防驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)涉及(ji)14站15區間(jian)(jian)共計(ji)302樘,其中車站人(ren)防設備268樘,區間(jian)(jian)人(ren)防設備34樘。于(yu)8月(yue)11日順利組(zu)織人(ren)防穿纜專家評審會,取得滿足人(ren)防驗(yan)收(shou)(shou)要求的專家評審意見,保障了北段(duan)試運行按期順利開展(zhan)。

車站(zhan)(zhan)人(ren)防驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,受制于土(tu)建施工進度(du)不(bu)一(yi),張(zhang)慶主動對接人(ren)防質監站(zhan)(zhan),細化驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)計劃安排,具備條件一(yi)個(ge),驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)一(yi)個(ge)。驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)發現的(de)問(wen)題第一(yi)時(shi)(shi)間明確整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)改(gai)責(ze)任(ren)單位(wei)及整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)改(gai)時(shi)(shi)限,并緊盯整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)改(gai),及時(shi)(shi)回復。驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)過程(cheng)(cheng)及整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)改(gai)效果取得了人(ren)防質監站(zhan)(zhan)的(de)高度(du)認可,最(zui)終(zhong)于2020年11月(yue)11日順利(li)通(tong)過北段人(ren)防專項驗(yan)(yan)(yan)收(shou)(shou)(shou)(shou)。

為(wei)了(le)保障1號線北段的按期順利開通,他舍棄了(le)與家人陪(pei)伴的時(shi)光(guang),不(bu)分周末(mo)加班加點,統籌調度(du)將工程進度(du)向(xiang)前趕,向(xiang)前推。

張巖負(fu)責峨(e)眉(mei)山路站(zhan)(zhan)至東郭(guo)莊站(zhan)(zhan)9個(ge)(ge)機電標段及東郭(guo)莊車(che)輛(liang)段工程。對于(yu)綜合聯調(diao),已經跟地鐵(tie)打(da)(da)了10年的交道的他,對于(yu)各專業(ye)的接口了如指(zhi)掌。“我們的調(diao)試重(zhong)點實(shi)際上就是(shi)打(da)(da)通各專業(ye)接口路徑,實(shi)現設計功能。”他說,一(yi)個(ge)(ge)小細節處理不好,可能導致整個(ge)(ge)系統(tong)都無法(fa)實(shi)現聯動,設計功能也無法(fa)兌現。同時(shi)開展7座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)聯調(diao),一(yi)個(ge)(ge)月完成85%以(yi)上,這樣的高效率(lv)在青島(dao)地鐵(tie)已開通線路中從未有過。

溝通和協調(diao)從現場到(dao)會議室再到(dao)線(xian)上(shang),一(yi)天都晚都要(yao)保持“打雞(ji)血”的狀態(tai)。一(yi)號線(xian)公司整個團隊的每一(yi)位(wei)成員都拼上(shang)、靠上(shang),晚上(shang)忙(mang)到(dao)下(xia)半夜一(yi)兩(liang)點是常(chang)態(tai)。用(yong)(yong)智慧(hui)破(po)解項(xiang)目施工難題(ti),用(yong)(yong)汗水(shui)書(shu)寫品質長(chang)卷(juan),全力以赴推進1號線(xian)北段(duan)開通。

作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)軌道專(zhuan)業(ye)業(ye)主代表,從畢業(ye)以來,他(ta)一(yi)直從事鐵路軌道和城市軌道方面工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),對軌道施工(gong)關(guan)鍵(jian)工(gong)序、過程控制了如指掌。軌道工(gong)程作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)地鐵施工(gong)關(guan)鍵(jian)節點,是連(lian)接土建和站后專(zhuan)業(ye)的(de)紐帶,起(qi)到(dao)承(cheng)前啟后的(de)關(guan)鍵(jian)工(gong)序,軌道施工(gong)質量也直接關(guan)系到(dao)列(lie)車運營平順性和乘坐舒(shu)適度。

在疫情期間,他積(ji)極(ji)組織軌道標段施(shi)工人員復工復產(chan),落(luo)實疫情防控方(fang)(fang)案和制定人員進場(chang)計劃、落(luo)實返青人數和交通方(fang)(fang)式、檢(jian)查隔離區(qu)和防疫保障(zhang)、開展復工驗收(shou)審批……為1號線南北段軌道施(shi)工有(you)序推進提(ti)供(gong)了(le)積(ji)極(ji)的條件。
