青島地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工取得新進展

歲末年初,寒流的到來沒有阻擋地鐵建設者的奮戰熱情,建設者們不畏嚴寒,堅守一線,地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工均取得新進展,為新一年工作開展打下堅實基礎。

4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區(qu)間大斷(duan)(duan)面小(xiao)(xiao)里程端(duan)順利(li)貫(guan)通。12月28日,由中國鐵(tie)建(jian)土(tu)建(jian)12工區(qu)項目(mu)部(bu)承建(jian)的青島(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)4號(hao)線(xian)(xian)出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區(qu)間大斷(duan)(duan)面小(xiao)(xiao)里程端(duan)順利(li)貫(guan)通,為(wei)隧(sui)道(dao)二次(ci)襯(chen)砌(qi)“大干”贏得(de)開門紅。出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區(qu)間單洞四線(xian)(xian)隧(sui)道(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)里程段(duan)長91.8米(mi),隧(sui)道(dao)寬(kuan)度(du)25.91米(mi),斷(duan)(duan)面截面積249.56米(mi),出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區(qu)間小(xiao)(xiao)里程段(duan)為(wei)軟弱(ruo)圍(wei)巖大跨度(du)隧(sui)道(dao),地(di)質(zhi)結構復雜(za)、施工難度(du)大,安全風險高。為(wei)解決結構斷(duan)(duan)面多,結構跨度(du)大,力學特征復雜(za)等難題,項目(mu)部(bu)對施工方案和工藝進(jin)行了(le)數次(ci)優(you)化(hua),嚴(yan)格遵循“管超前(qian)、嚴(yan)注漿、短進(jin)尺、早封閉(bi)、勤測(ce)量(liang)(liang)、緊襯(chen)砌(qi)”的原則,加(jia)強監(jian)控量(liang)(liang)測(ce),認真做好超前(qian)地(di)質(zhi)預報工作,及時調(diao)整開挖工法及支(zhi)護參數,初(chu)支(zhi)應(ying)在設計(ji)基礎上視(shi)圍(wei)巖情(qing)況進(jin)行加(jia)強支(zhi)護,并控制好安全距(ju)離,以保證(zheng)隧(sui)道(dao)施工質(zhi)量(liang)(liang)和施工安全。

4號線沂江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)2#TBM順(shun)(shun)利始發(fa)。12月(yue)25日,沂江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(沂水路站-江(jiang)蘇(su)(su)路站)2#TBM順(shun)(shun)利始發(fa)。此次始發(fa)的(de)沂江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)是(shi)03工(gong)區(qu)(qu)TBM負責的(de)第五個區(qu)(qu)間(jian),該區(qu)(qu)間(jian)全長570米,共穿越5條斷(duan)層(ceng)破碎帶,為下坡施工(gong)。為確保施工(gong)節點進度,中(zhong)鐵十八局項目部精(jing)心(xin)組織,工(gong)序銜(xian)接推(tui)演,克(ke)服(fu)了(le)溫(wen)度低,過站導(dao)臺強度提(ti)(ti)升(sheng)慢等困難,順(shun)(shun)利空(kong)推(tui)TBM至掌(zhang)子面,為向(xiang)沂江(jiang)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(沂水路站-江(jiang)蘇(su)(su)路站)順(shun)(shun)利始發(fa)掘進提(ti)(ti)供了(le)有(you)力的(de)前提(ti)(ti)保障(zhang)。

4號(hao)(hao)線勁(jing)松三路(lu)(lu)站完成(cheng)地下(xia)三層(ceng)(ceng)結(jie)構土(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)。12月28日(ri),勁(jing)松三路(lu)(lu)站地下(xia)三層(ceng)(ceng)結(jie)構完成(cheng)全部土(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)作業,進(jin)(jin)入(ru)主體結(jie)構施工(gong)。勁(jing)松三路(lu)(lu)站為(wei)(wei)明挖(wa)(wa)(wa)車(che)站,車(che)站全長(chang)217m,位于市(shi)區主干(gan)道(dao)遼陽西路(lu)(lu)與勁(jing)松三路(lu)(lu)交叉口,基坑深度32m,土(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)量共(gong)計約(yue)6萬(wan)方(fang)(fang)。該位置兼做4號(hao)(hao)線區間掘進(jin)(jin)機吊出(chu)口,工(gong)期緊、體量大(da)、任務重,同時該處(chu)臨近周(zhou)邊(bian)房屋,為(wei)(wei)最大(da)限度降低施工(gong)影響,全部土(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)依(yi)靠機械法進(jin)(jin)行。先后(hou)首次引進(jin)(jin)大(da)型破碎(sui)錘(chui)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)機2臺,伸縮臂(bei)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)機1臺,提高了土(tu)(tu)方(fang)(fang)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)和硬巖(yan)破碎(sui)的效率(lv),在微風化硬巖(yan)破碎(sui)和開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)上實現日(ri)均最大(da)開(kai)(kai)挖(wa)(wa)(wa)量600余方(fang)(fang)。后(hou)續該站將繼續開(kai)(kai)展(zhan)緊鑼密鼓的結(jie)構施工(gong),為(wei)(wei)按(an)期提供區間掘進(jin)(jin)機到(dao)達和吊出(chu)提供條件。

2號(hao)線西延段TBM始發井(jing)(jing)擋墻(qiang)、冠梁(liang)(liang)澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)。12月27日, 2號(hao)線西延段TBM始發井(jing)(jing)擋墻(qiang)、冠梁(liang)(liang)(設計(ji)長度(du)118m)順(shun)利澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),標(biao)志著開(kai)(kai)挖準(zhun)備工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作已完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)關鍵性任務,即將進(jin)(jin)行(xing)下一道(dao)基坑(keng)開(kai)(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)。TBM始發井(jing)(jing)位于(yu)區間線路正(zheng)上方,線路為(wei)直線段。豎井(jing)(jing)平面圖形為(wei)矩(ju)形,豎向深度(du)32.66m,施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊、任務重。冠梁(liang)(liang)澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)為(wei)后(hou)續混凝土(tu)支(zhi)撐安裝(zhuang)和(he)基坑(keng)開(kai)(kai)挖施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提(ti)供了(le)開(kai)(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)條(tiao)件。為(wei)保(bao)證冠梁(liang)(liang)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)順(shun)利完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),項目(mu)部進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)周(zhou)密的部署,生(sheng)產(chan)和(he)防(fang)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)兩(liang)手抓、兩(liang)頭重,確保(bao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)安全有(you)序(xu)。項目(mu)部在工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)進(jin)(jin)場(chang)后(hou),積極準(zhun)備防(fang)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)口罩(zhao)、酒精(jing)、消(xiao)毒(du)液、測溫槍、防(fang)護服、護目(mu)鏡等(deng)防(fang)疫(yi)(yi)(yi)物(wu)資,及時對(dui)居住和(he)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)環境消(xiao)殺,建立健全門禁體(ti)系和(he)登記制度(du),為(wei)所有(you)作業人(ren)員提(ti)供衛(wei)生(sheng)安全的作業環境;對(dui)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)生(sheng)產(chan)現場(chang)從技術(shu)交(jiao)底、材料(liao)供應、現場(chang)文(wen)明施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)等(deng)各方面都進(jin)(jin)行(xing)了(le)全面部署;同(tong)時進(jin)(jin)一步強化現場(chang)技術(shu)管理,將施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)目(mu)標(biao)和(he)任務進(jin)(jin)行(xing)分(fen)解,責任到人(ren),安全交(jiao)底做實做好,確保(bao)每道(dao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序(xu)有(you)序(xu)銜接。

目前,4號線(xian)全線(xian)25座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)中,已(yi)累計封頂12座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan),線(xian)路(lu)建(jian)設正平穩快(kuai)速推進。2號線(xian)西延(yan)段輪(lun)渡站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、小(xiao)港(gang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)、國際(ji)郵輪(lun)港(gang)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)3座車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)工程有序推進。
