青島地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工取得新進展

歲末年初,寒流的到來沒有阻擋地鐵建設者的奮戰熱情,建設者們不畏嚴寒,堅守一線,地鐵4號線、2號線西延段施工均取得新進展,為新一年工作開展打下堅實基礎。

4號線(xian)(xian)出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間(jian)大斷(duan)面小(xiao)里程端順利(li)貫(guan)(guan)通。12月28日,由(you)中國鐵建(jian)土建(jian)12工(gong)區項(xiang)目(mu)部承(cheng)建(jian)的青島地(di)鐵4號線(xian)(xian)出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間(jian)大斷(duan)面小(xiao)里程端順利(li)貫(guan)(guan)通,為(wei)隧道(dao)(dao)二(er)次(ci)襯砌“大干(gan)”贏得開門紅。出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間(jian)單洞四(si)線(xian)(xian)隧道(dao)(dao)小(xiao)里程段(duan)長91.8米,隧道(dao)(dao)寬度(du)(du)(du)25.91米,斷(duan)面截面積249.56米,出(chu)入(ru)段(duan)線(xian)(xian)區間(jian)小(xiao)里程段(duan)為(wei)軟(ruan)弱圍巖(yan)大跨度(du)(du)(du)隧道(dao)(dao),地(di)質(zhi)結(jie)構(gou)復(fu)雜、施工(gong)難度(du)(du)(du)大,安全(quan)風險高。為(wei)解(jie)決結(jie)構(gou)斷(duan)面多,結(jie)構(gou)跨度(du)(du)(du)大,力學特征復(fu)雜等(deng)難題,項(xiang)目(mu)部對施工(gong)方(fang)案和(he)工(gong)藝(yi)進行了數次(ci)優(you)化(hua),嚴格(ge)遵循“管(guan)超(chao)前、嚴注漿、短進尺、早封閉、勤(qin)測量、緊襯砌”的原則,加強(qiang)監(jian)控(kong)量測,認真做好超(chao)前地(di)質(zhi)預報(bao)工(gong)作(zuo),及時調整開挖工(gong)法及支(zhi)護(hu)參數,初(chu)支(zhi)應在設計基(ji)礎上視圍巖(yan)情況進行加強(qiang)支(zhi)護(hu),并控(kong)制好安全(quan)距離,以(yi)保證(zheng)隧道(dao)(dao)施工(gong)質(zhi)量和(he)施工(gong)安全(quan)。

4號線沂江區(qu)間2#TBM順利(li)始發。12月25日(ri),沂江區(qu)間(沂水(shui)路站-江蘇路站)2#TBM順利(li)始發。此(ci)次始發的沂江區(qu)間是03工(gong)(gong)區(qu)TBM負責(ze)的第五個(ge)區(qu)間,該區(qu)間全長570米,共穿(chuan)越(yue)5條斷層破(po)碎帶,為(wei)下坡施(shi)工(gong)(gong)。為(wei)確保施(shi)工(gong)(gong)節點(dian)進度(du),中(zhong)鐵十八局項目部(bu)精(jing)心組織,工(gong)(gong)序銜接推演(yan),克服了(le)溫度(du)低,過站導臺強度(du)提(ti)升慢等困(kun)難,順利(li)空推TBM至(zhi)掌子面,為(wei)向沂江區(qu)間(沂水(shui)路站-江蘇路站)順利(li)始發掘進提(ti)供(gong)了(le)有力的前提(ti)保障。

4號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)勁(jing)松三(san)(san)路站(zhan)(zhan)完成(cheng)地下三(san)(san)層(ceng)結構土方(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)。12月28日,勁(jing)松三(san)(san)路站(zhan)(zhan)地下三(san)(san)層(ceng)結構完成(cheng)全部土方(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)作(zuo)業,進入主體結構施(shi)工。勁(jing)松三(san)(san)路站(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)明(ming)挖(wa)車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)全長(chang)217m,位于市區(qu)主干(gan)道遼陽西(xi)路與勁(jing)松三(san)(san)路交(jiao)叉(cha)口,基坑深度(du)32m,土方(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)量共計約6萬方(fang)。該(gai)位置(zhi)兼做(zuo)4號(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)區(qu)間掘(jue)進機(ji)吊出(chu)口,工期緊、體量大(da)(da)、任務重,同時(shi)該(gai)處臨近(jin)周邊房屋,為(wei)最大(da)(da)限度(du)降(jiang)低施(shi)工影(ying)響,全部土方(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)依靠機(ji)械法進行。先(xian)后(hou)(hou)首(shou)次(ci)引進大(da)(da)型破碎錘挖(wa)機(ji)2臺,伸縮臂挖(wa)機(ji)1臺,提(ti)高了(le)土方(fang)開(kai)挖(wa)和(he)硬巖破碎的效率,在(zai)微(wei)風化硬巖破碎和(he)開(kai)挖(wa)上(shang)實(shi)現日均(jun)最大(da)(da)開(kai)挖(wa)量600余方(fang)。后(hou)(hou)續(xu)(xu)該(gai)站(zhan)(zhan)將(jiang)繼續(xu)(xu)開(kai)展緊鑼密鼓的結構施(shi)工,為(wei)按期提(ti)供區(qu)間掘(jue)進機(ji)到達和(he)吊出(chu)提(ti)供條件。

2號線(xian)(xian)西延段TBM始(shi)發井擋墻、冠(guan)梁澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)。12月(yue)27日, 2號線(xian)(xian)西延段TBM始(shi)發井擋墻、冠(guan)梁(設計長(chang)度118m)順利澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),標志著開(kai)挖準備工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)已完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)關鍵性任(ren)務,即將進(jin)行(xing)下一道基(ji)坑開(kai)挖工(gong)(gong)(gong)序。TBM始(shi)發井位于區間線(xian)(xian)路正上方,線(xian)(xian)路為直線(xian)(xian)段。豎(shu)井平面圖形為矩形,豎(shu)向深度32.66m,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊(jin)、任(ren)務重(zhong)。冠(guan)梁澆筑(zhu)完(wan)(wan)成(cheng)為后(hou)續(xu)混(hun)凝土支撐安裝和(he)(he)基(ji)坑開(kai)挖施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)提供(gong)(gong)了(le)開(kai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)條件(jian)。為保(bao)證冠(guan)梁施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)順利完(wan)(wan)成(cheng),項目部(bu)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)周密(mi)的(de)(de)部(bu)署,生產和(he)(he)防(fang)疫兩(liang)手抓、兩(liang)頭重(zhong),確(que)(que)保(bao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)(quan)有序。項目部(bu)在工(gong)(gong)(gong)人進(jin)場(chang)(chang)后(hou),積(ji)極準備防(fang)疫口罩(zhao)、酒精、消毒液、測溫(wen)槍、防(fang)護服、護目鏡等防(fang)疫物資(zi),及(ji)時對居住和(he)(he)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)環境消殺,建立健全(quan)(quan)門禁體系和(he)(he)登記制度,為所有作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人員提供(gong)(gong)衛生安全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)作(zuo)業(ye)(ye)環境;對施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)生產現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)從技術(shu)(shu)交底、材料供(gong)(gong)應(ying)、現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)文明施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)等各方面都(dou)進(jin)行(xing)了(le)全(quan)(quan)面部(bu)署;同時進(jin)一步強化現(xian)(xian)場(chang)(chang)技術(shu)(shu)管理,將施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)目標和(he)(he)任(ren)務進(jin)行(xing)分解,責(ze)任(ren)到(dao)人,安全(quan)(quan)交底做實(shi)做好,確(que)(que)保(bao)每道工(gong)(gong)(gong)序有序銜接。

目前,4號線全(quan)線25座(zuo)車站(zhan)中(zhong),已累計(ji)封頂(ding)12座(zuo)車站(zhan),線路建設正平穩快速推進(jin)。2號線西延(yan)段輪(lun)渡站(zhan)、小港站(zhan)、國際(ji)郵輪(lun)港站(zhan)3座(zuo)車站(zhan)工程(cheng)有序(xu)推進(jin)。
