
青島地(di)鐵(tie)8號線建設工期提前了(le)一(yi)年(nian)半,創造了(le)國內地(di)鐵(tie)建設最快(kuai)速度。
8號線起自膠州北(bei)站(zhan),終至五(wu)四廣(guang)場(chang)站(zhan),串聯膠州、城陽、李滄、市北(bei)、市南五(wu)個(ge)區(qu)(qu),是(shi)連接青(qing)島新(xin)機場(chang)、北(bei)岸(an)城區(qu)(qu)、東(dong)岸(an)城區(qu)(qu)的快速骨干(gan)線路,也是(shi)山東(dong)省新(xin)舊動能轉換(huan)首批優選項目。項目全長(chang)61.4公里,車站(zhan)18座(zuo),設計時速120km/h。
8號線北(bei)段(膠(jiao)(jiao)州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan))共(gong)11個車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),長48.3公里,其中高架線6.4公里,地下(xia)線41.9公里,串聯了青(qing)島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)、紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)火車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)、膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)國際機(ji)(ji)場、膠(jiao)(jiao)州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)四大交(jiao)通樞紐(niu)。站(zhan)(zhan)點(dian)分別為膠(jiao)(jiao)州(zhou)(zhou)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)機(ji)(ji)場站(zhan)(zhan)-膠(jiao)(jiao)東(dong)站(zhan)(zhan)-大澗站(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)火車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)康中心站(zhan)(zhan)-健(jian)身中心(紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)會展)站(zhan)(zhan)-觀(guan)濤(tao)站(zhan)(zhan)-紅(hong)(hong)島(dao)科技館(方特)站(zhan)(zhan)-大洋站(zhan)(zhan)-青(qing)島(dao)北(bei)站(zhan)(zhan)。
8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)北段“穿(chuan)山越海(hai)(hai)”,施工環(huan)境復雜。青(qing)島(dao)地鐵(tie)(tie)八號(hao)線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司副總經理程(cheng)學友(you)介紹,為配套新(xin)機場轉(zhuan)場運營,8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)北段全面提(ti)速。在市(shi)委市(shi)政府(fu)的(de)(de)支持(chi)下,經過(guo)3萬余名(ming)建設者1300多(duo)個(ge)日(ri)夜的(de)(de)辛勤工作,8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)北段在軌(gui)道交通(tong)領域創造多(duo)項(xiang)“青(qing)島(dao)速度”:僅(jin)用(yong)3年半(ban)時間實(shi)現48.3公(gong)里地鐵(tie)(tie)線(xian)(xian)路開(kai)通(tong),在國(guo)內(nei)巖(yan)石隧道地鐵(tie)(tie)中(zhong)是(shi)(shi)沒有過(guo)的(de)(de)(同類工程(cheng)通(tong)常需(xu)要(yao)5年工期);僅(jin)用(yong)2年零7個(ge)月,國(guo)內(nei)最(zui)長的(de)(de)地鐵(tie)(tie)過(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧道在消除了大量重大安全風險(xian)源后,順利實(shi)現“洞通(tong)”,泥水盾(dun)構實(shi)現220米/月掘進速度,這(zhe)在國(guo)內(nei)是(shi)(shi)最(zui)快的(de)(de);僅(jin)用(yong)32天完成過(guo)海(hai)(hai)隧道5.8公(gong)里軌(gui)道鋪(pu)設,創造行(xing)業新(xin)標(biao)桿。
8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)區(qu)域大(da)洋站至(zhi)青島北(bei)站區(qu)間(jian)全長(chang)7.9公(gong)(gong)里(li),海(hai)域段(duan)長(chang)5.4公(gong)(gong)里(li),為目前已建、在(zai)建國內海(hai)域段(duan)最長(chang)地鐵跨(kua)海(hai)區(qu)間(jian)隧道(dao)(dao)。過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)隧道(dao)(dao)最大(da)埋深達海(hai)面下(xia)56米,穿(chuan)越地質復雜多變(bian),共穿(chuan)越9條斷(duan)層破(po)(po)碎(sui)帶(dai),總長(chang)約(yue)1.2公(gong)(gong)里(li),破(po)(po)碎(sui)帶(dai)圍巖破(po)(po)碎(sui)、滲(shen)透性強(qiang),且部分連通(tong)海(hai)水,在(zai)如(ru)此高壓力、長(chang)距離、大(da)量斷(duan)裂帶(dai)中掘進,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難(nan)度之大(da),安全風(feng)(feng)險之高,在(zai)國內實(shi)屬罕(han)見。針(zhen)對(dui)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)下(xia)穿(chuan)9條破(po)(po)碎(sui)帶(dai)地質非常復雜這(zhe)一特點,邀請院士陳(chen)湘生、史玉新研究各(ge)類(lei)重難(nan)點技術和施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)問(wen)題的(de)(de)風(feng)(feng)險管(guan)(guan)控(kong),為過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)推進出謀(mou)劃策、“把(ba)脈會診”。由于地質極其(qi)復雜,經反復論證確定采用“盾(dun)構(gou)法”+“礦山法”對(dui)打施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),東側過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)2.9公(gong)(gong)里(li)采用泥(ni)水盾(dun)構(gou)法施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),西側過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)海(hai)段(duan)2.5公(gong)(gong)里(li)采用礦山法+雙模式TBM施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)。8號(hao)線(xian)(xian)在(zai)建設過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)程中通(tong)過(guo)(guo)(guo)(guo)有(you)效的(de)(de)技術以及管(guan)(guan)理(li)措施(shi),順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)消除多個重大(da)風(feng)(feng)險源。例如(ru),順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)近距離下(xia)穿(chuan)運營地鐵3號(hao)線(xian)(xian)、順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)穿(chuan)越5條鐵路(lu)線(xian)(xian)、順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)完成(cheng)隧道(dao)(dao)狹小空間(jian)內7臺數百(bai)噸(dun)盾(dun)構(gou)機拆解、順(shun)利(li)(li)(li)下(xia)穿(chuan)數百(bai)棟房屋等等。
其中(zhong),青(qing)島北(bei)站—滄口站區(qu)間(jian)(簡稱青(qing)滄區(qu)間(jian))采用礦山法施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),拱頂(ding)埋(mai)深16米,區(qu)間(jian)左線(xian)(xian)120米下(xia)穿運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian),最近距(ju)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)僅(jin)(jin)1.14米,采用非爆破(po)暗挖法施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),屬于(yu)(yu)8號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)一級(ji)重(zhong)大風險源,是青(qing)島市(shi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)建(jian)設史上首次(ci)下(xia)穿運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)。由于(yu)(yu)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)風險高(gao)、難度(du)大,是青(qing)島市(shi)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)特別重(zhong)大一級(ji)風險源,尤為令人矚目。建(jian)設、勘察、設計、監理、施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)等參建(jian)單位科(ke)學(xue)設計,精(jing)密分析,靠技術創新將已(yi)運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)3號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)結構(gou)的沉(chen)降(jiang)值(zhi)控(kong)制在2毫(hao)米以內(nei),僅(jin)(jin)約(yue)1枚硬(ying)幣厚度(du),可謂地(di)(di)(di)(di)鐵(tie)(tie)(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)史上的“奇跡”。“在下(xia)穿3號(hao)(hao)(hao)線(xian)(xian)的施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong),公司員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)連(lian)續半年時(shi)間(jian)盯(ding)在掌(zhang)子面,正常運(yun)(yun)(yun)營(ying)的線(xian)(xian)路(lu)安全上容不(bu)得(de)半點馬虎(hu),每天現(xian)場(chang)召開碰頭(tou)會調度(du)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),按照一級(ji)風險源“一控(kong)六專項”進行管控(kong),確保施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)現(xian)場(chang)萬無一失。”程學(xue)友說。
在(zai)確保(bao)(bao)安(an)全質量的同時,為(wei)加快施工(gong)進(jin)度,8號(hao)線采(cai)用(yong)了多(duo)種先進(jin)工(gong)藝。例(li)如,過海段聯絡通(tong)(tong)道在(zai)國(guo)內首次采(cai)用(yong)小盾構(gou)機(ji)械(xie)施工(gong)、在(zai)省內首次采(cai)用(yong)電瓶式鋪軌門吊、首次引進(jin)自(zi)動打孔(kong)機(ji)器人等等。此外,根據不同地質同時采(cai)用(yong)礦山法、泥(ni)水(shui)盾構(gou)、TBM施工(gong),最終攻克了“咽(yan)喉”,確保(bao)(bao)了線路如期通(tong)(tong)車。
8號線(xian)還在省內(nei)首次臨近高(gao)速鐵(tie)路地鐵(tie)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)。8號線(xian)高(gao)架段與濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)并(bing)行7.5公里,最近處僅相隔12米,且穿越電廠(chang)區(qu),距離煙囪不足30米。為(wei)確保(bao)在濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)開通(tong)運(yun)營前完工(gong)(gong),建設單位從方案的策劃(hua)、設計方案變(bian)更、人員投入等各方面進行協調,通(tong)過增加1個架梁點(dian)、1套提運(yun)架設備和運(yun)梁通(tong)道等措施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提高(gao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)效(xiao)率。該段連續梁經多方協調最終由掛(gua)籃法施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)改為(wei)支架法,節省了一(yi)個多月時間。施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)高(gao)峰時人員投入1000余人同時作業,僅用(yong)10個月完成(cheng)高(gao)架段于濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)并(bing)行施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong),最終確保(bao)了在濟(ji)(ji)(ji)青(qing)高(gao)鐵(tie)開通(tong)前完工(gong)(gong)。
8號線(xian)北段的(de)藝(yi)術(shu)設計(ji)著(zhu)重提取航空(kong)元(yuan)素,以“夢幻(huan)青島(dao)”為(wei)(wei)設計(ji)主題,結合青島(dao)海洋特(te)(te)色和豐富多(duo)彩的(de)地域文化(hua),以“新媒(mei)介、新觀念”藝(yi)術(shu)手(shou)法植入空(kong)間(jian),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)城市文化(hua)、歷史沉淀與先進現(xian)(xian)(xian)代科(ke)(ke)技的(de)完美交織,塑造(zao)了(le)獨(du)具特(te)(te)色的(de)空(kong)間(jian)藝(yi)術(shu)一(yi)體化(hua)設計(ji),為(wei)(wei)青島(dao)未來發展描繪出一(yi)幅現(xian)(xian)(xian)代科(ke)(ke)技的(de)畫面。8號線(xian)建(jian)成(cheng)通車后,將實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)高鐵、地鐵、航空(kong)等全方位(wei)換(huan)乘,打造(zao)了(le)膠州市到青島(dao)主城區(qu)的(de)新通道。
