“鐵龍五號(hao)”盾(dun)構(gou)機順利始(shi)發
中鐵(tie)二十局青島地(di)鐵(tie)4號線(xian)11工(gong)區“鐵(tie)龍五號”盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)機在(zai)沙子(zi)口站順利始發(fa)(fa),標志著(zhu)該項(xiang)目(mu)正式進(jin)入(ru)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)掘(jue)進(jin)施(shi)工(gong)階(jie)段。為(wei)確保盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)的(de)順利始發(fa)(fa),項(xiang)目(mu)部制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)安(an)全高效的(de)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)始發(fa)(fa)保障(zhang)(zhang)計劃,積極做好(hao)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)機吊(diao)裝、始發(fa)(fa)、掘(jue)進(jin)等各項(xiang)專項(xiang)方案的(de)編(bian)制(zhi)(zhi)論證。同時嚴格把控,完善各項(xiang)準備(bei)工(gong)作,明確分(fen)工(gong),責任到(dao)人(ren),對各風險點邀請(qing)專家進(jin)行了周密(mi)分(fen)析和(he)充分(fen)論證,制(zhi)(zhi)定(ding)專項(xiang)施(shi)工(gong)方案和(he)應急預案,配置充足(zu)的(de)應急搶(qiang)險設備(bei)、材(cai)料,同時加強施(shi)工(gong)中地(di)面監測、嚴密(mi)控制(zhi)(zhi)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)推進(jin)參數等措施(shi),為(wei)盾(dun)(dun)構(gou)(gou)(gou)機順利始發(fa)(fa)掘(jue)進(jin)提供了有力的(de)技(ji)術保障(zhang)(zhang)和(he)技(ji)術支持。
勁松三路(lu)站(zhan)TBM吊(diao)出(chu)井北區開(kai)挖完成(cheng)
中鐵十七局青島地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)06工區項目部勁松三路(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)近(jin)日(ri)完成西端(duan)TBM吊出井(jing)(兼做7號(hao)線(xian)預留站(zhan)(zhan)臺層)土方開挖,具備(bei)結構施工條件。
勁松三路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)位于遼陽(yang)西路(lu)(lu)與勁松三路(lu)(lu)交叉口(kou),沿(yan)遼陽(yang)西路(lu)(lu)東西向敷設(she),4號(hao)線(xian)段為地下(xia)兩(liang)層結構(gou),西段頭(tou)兼做(zuo)4號(hao)線(xian)TBM吊(diao)出(chu)井和(he)遠期7號(hao)線(xian)預留站(zhan)臺(tai),為地下(xia)三層結構(gou)。該處(chu)地質(zhi)硬(ying)、基坑深度(du)大,為減(jian)少施工對周邊環境影響,采用機械(xie)法進(jin)行(xing)開挖,先后首(shou)次(ci)引進(jin)兩(liang)臺(tai)E6500F、一臺(tai)E7500F大型(xing)破碎錘挖機和(he)一臺(tai)伸縮臂垂直提升(sheng)設(she)備(bei)進(jin)行(xing)土(tu)方開挖,日開挖量600余(yu)方。經過(guo)精心組織,積極推進(jin),目前北(bei)區(qu)已完(wan)成開挖,南(nan)區(qu)剩(sheng)余(yu)2m,預計12月上旬全部完(wan)成土(tu)方作業任務,為20201年TBM吊(diao)出(chu)和(he)結構(gou)封頂提供條(tiao)件(jian)。

中鐵十九局青島(dao)地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)05工(gong)(gong)(gong)區項目(mu)部鞍(an)(an)山路站F出入口順利貫通。鞍(an)(an)山路站F出入口為(wei)青島(dao)地鐵4號(hao)線(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程鞍(an)(an)山路站附屬(shu)出入口,周邊(bian)(bian)環境復(fu)雜(za)、人(ren)口密(mi)度較大(da)、車流量(liang)大(da)。為(wei)保證施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量(liang)與(yu)安(an)全,減少爆破施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)對(dui)周邊(bian)(bian)建筑的影(ying)響,青島(dao)地鐵四號(hao)線(xian)公司與(yu)中鐵十九局深入施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場,研討(tao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an),面(mian)對(dui)環境復(fu)雜(za)、地質條件差、風險高等諸多(duo)困(kun)難,成立重大(da)風險源管控(kong)領導(dao)小(xiao)組,認真籌劃(hua),精心施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),并對(dui)風險地質段施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方案(an)進行專家評(ping)審,班(ban)子成員(yuan)緊(jin)靠一線(xian),管理人(ren)員(yuan)24小(xiao)時盯控(kong)現(xian)場指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),現(xian)場嚴格控(kong)制爆破參(can)數,以(yi)安(an)全、質量(liang)、文明施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)標(biao)準化指(zhi)(zhi)導(dao)施(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong),為(wei)F出入口順利貫通提供了堅實保障。
地鐵4號線(xian)(xian)是貫穿(chuan)市(shi)區中部的(de)東西向骨(gu)干線(xian)(xian)路,全長(chang)30.7公里,連(lian)接市(shi)南區、市(shi)北(bei)區、嶗山區,可與已開通運營(ying)的(de)2、3、11號線(xian)(xian)以及在建的(de)1、8號線(xian)(xian)換乘(cheng),覆(fu)蓋眾多人(ren)口密集區和客流集散(san)點,是青島地鐵線(xian)(xian)路成(cheng)網(wang)的(de)重要(yao)一環。青島地鐵4號線(xian)(xian)主體工(gong)(gong)程施(shi)工(gong)(gong)正在全速推進(jin),目前全線(xian)(xian)共54個工(gong)(gong)點已全部進(jin)場施(shi)工(gong)(gong),土建施(shi)工(gong)(gong)完成(cheng)63%。
