金秋十月是(shi)豐(feng)收的(de)時(shi)節。10月,青島(dao)地鐵(tie)4號(hao)線03工區TBM掘(jue)進(jin)月進(jin)尺突破900米大關,達到923.95米。這是(shi)繼今年5月份TBM單月掘(jue)進(jin)突破800米后(hou),再一(yi)次刷新青島(dao)地鐵(tie)TBM單月進(jin)尺新紀錄。
青島地鐵(tie)4號(hao)線西起人民會堂站(zhan),東(dong)止大(da)河(he)東(dong)站(zhan),連(lian)接(jie)市南區、市北區、嶗山(shan)區,全長(chang)30.9公(gong)里,共設25座車站(zhan),其中遼陽(yang)東(dong)路站(zhan)2號(hao)線代建已(yi)完工。目前(qian)明挖車站(zhan)14座,暗挖車站(zhan)10座全部進入主體施工階段,7座車站(zhan)已(yi)完成(cheng)封頂(ding)。
TBM區(qu)間單線長度23.7公里,已完(wan)成(cheng)11.8公里,其(qi)中(zhong)人(ren)民會堂站至(zhi)內海區(qu)間始(shi)發井區(qu)間為4號線土建03工區(qu)中(zhong)鐵十(shi)八局集團承建。
TBM單月掘進(jin)突破900米大關,對地(di)鐵四號線和土建03工(gong)區項目部施(shi)工(gong)有著階段性意義,也標志(zhi)著青島(dao)地(di)鐵4號線施(shi)工(gong)取得(de)突破性進(jin)展。
目前TBM正在掘(jue)進(jin)施工江泰區(qu)(qu)間(全長2037.03米(mi)(mi)),區(qu)(qu)間下穿(chuan)多條構造破(po)碎帶,“S”形小半(ban)徑轉(zhuan)彎最(zui)小曲線(xian)半(ban)徑350米(mi)(mi),下穿(chuan)青島地鐵(tie)1號線(xian)江蘇路站既(ji)有線(xian)路和(he)膠(jiao)寧(ning)高架橋與小區(qu)(qu)居民樓,施工風險大(da)。
為規避地質等風(feng)險,避免造成(cheng)(cheng)設(she)備及(ji)人員(yuan)的傷害,TBM采(cai)(cai)取(qu)一次性勻速通過(guo)方(fang)式,根據(ju)現場情況(kuang)必(bi)要時(shi)(shi)采(cai)(cai)取(qu)單護盾模式掘(jue)進(jin)(jin),掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)過(guo)程中優(you)化(hua)掘(jue)進(jin)(jin)參數(shu),減小對圍(wei)巖的擾動,全(quan)方(fang)面自(zi)動化(hua)對建構筑(zhu)物進(jin)(jin)行實時(shi)(shi)監(jian)測,下穿完成(cheng)(cheng)后保(bao)持(chi)對成(cheng)(cheng)型(xing)隧道拱頂沉降及(ji)周邊收斂監(jian)測。
為保證施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)質量與(yu)安全,青島地鐵(tie)四(si)號線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司與(yu)中鐵(tie)十(shi)八(ba)局深(shen)入施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)現(xian)場,面對地質條件復雜(za)、風險高(gao)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊(jin)、任務(wu)重(zhong)等(deng)諸多(duo)(duo)困(kun)難,多(duo)(duo)輪(lun)研討(tao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)方(fang)案,項目部開展“八(ba)比(bi)六創”勞動競(jing)賽(sai)等(deng)多(duo)(duo)種形式(shi),現(xian)場取得了較好成績,體現(xian)了地鐵(tie)四(si)號線(xian)(xian)公(gong)司與(yu)監(jian)理(li)單(dan)位的有(you)(you)效監(jian)管(guan),土建03工(gong)(gong)(gong)區(qu)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)組(zu)織有(you)(you)序。
青島市(shi)地鐵(tie)四號線有(you)限(xian)公司(si)堅持(chi)科技創新為導(dao)(dao)向,成(cheng)立多項科研(yan)課題,現場管理(li)采取領導(dao)(dao)分包制,重點(dian)工作和卡脖(bo)子工點(dian)分管領導(dao)(dao)重點(dian)調度等措施,取得了良好效果。
土(tu)建03工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區TBM秉承(cheng)四號線公司管理旗(qi)幟,積極創新(xin)發(fa)明(ming),內部實行(xing)承(cheng)包責任制(zhi),不斷優化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊伍安全生(sheng)產管理,提(ti)升TBM施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效率,改(gai)造優化TBM設備(bei),加強有軌運渣機車保障措施(shi),在穩保質(zhi)量的施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)基礎(chu)上,較大地(di)(di)鼓舞員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)士(shi)氣(qi)。土(tu)建03工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區連續兩年獲(huo)得地(di)(di)鐵(tie)集團“工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程質(zhi)量實體(ti)樣板工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)地(di)(di)”,2020年獲(huo)得山東省綠色智慧建造科技示(shi)范工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程。
疫情防控期(qi)間,03工區全部雙崗(gang)值班,率(lv)先使用自(zi)動測體溫系統,堅持送飯至現場、分餐(can)制度,并于1天內全部完成(cheng)核(he)酸檢測,獲得了市政主管部門認可,并組織各(ge)參(can)建單位(wei)對(dui)03工區關(guan)于疫情防控和管片拼裝質量進行(xing)正面觀摩。
