2015年9月22日上午9點(dian)58分麥徐區間礦(kuang)山法段(duan)二襯混凝土(tu)開(kai)始首次澆筑,標志著青島(dao)地鐵2號線(xian)麥徐區間開(kai)始二襯施工。
青島(dao)(dao)地(di)(di)鐵(tie)2號(hao)線(xian)土建(jian)二(er)標02工(gong)(gong)區(qu)(qu)麥(mai)島(dao)(dao)站麥(mai)徐區(qu)(qu)間礦山法(fa)段(duan)(duan)由中國鐵(tie)建(jian)十八局集(ji)團公(gong)司(si)承建(jian),上海天佑工(gong)(gong)程咨詢有限(xian)公(gong)司(si)負責(ze)監理(li),單(dan)洞長218.2m,該(gai)區(qu)(qu)間為TBM接收洞,同時地(di)(di)鐵(tie)5號(hao)線(xian)將從該(gai)區(qu)(qu)間接出。麥(mai)徐區(qu)(qu)間礦山法(fa)段(duan)(duan)二(er)襯(chen)混凝土澆筑采用(yong)二(er)襯(chen)臺車施工(gong)(gong)。由于(yu)(yu)麥(mai)徐區(qu)(qu)間位(wei)于(yu)(yu)麥(mai)島(dao)(dao)站東(dong)端(duan),和(he)麥(mai)島(dao)(dao)站同時開挖(wa)施工(gong)(gong),工(gong)(gong)期緊,施工(gong)(gong)場地(di)(di)狹窄,場地(di)(di)作業面(mian)多,這些對(dui)開挖(wa)掘進和(he)技術(shu)管(guan)理(li)都提出了很(hen)高(gao)的要(yao)求;該(gai)洞大(da)部分地(di)(di)段(duan)(duan)位(wei)于(yu)(yu)花崗巖地(di)(di)層,巖石強(qiang)度高(gao)(最高(gao)202Mpa),石英含量高(gao),技術(shu)風(feng)險和(he)安全(quan)風(feng)險大(da)。
在(zai)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)過程中(zhong),技(ji)術人員精心組(zu)織、合(he)理安排(pai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)序,克服(fu)區(qu)間(jian)左右線和(he)麥(mai)島(dao)站(zhan)交叉施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)、洞內出渣困難(nan)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)場地狹(xia)小等困難(nan),確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程順利(li)推(tui)進。為(wei)TBM進入麥(mai)島(dao)站(zhan)做好前(qian)期準備(bei),為(wei)TBM有序施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)奠(dian)定了(le)堅實的基礎。
