中鐵八局青島地鐵1號線土建1標03工區薛瓦區間順利貫通

13日16時20分(fen),薛(xue)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)右線(xian)(xian)盾(dun)構機刀盤(pan)緩緩地破土(tu)而出,青島地鐵1號線(xian)(xian)薛(xue)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)盾(dun)構區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)(薛(xue)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)風井(jing)~瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)屋莊站區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian))右線(xian)(xian)順利洞(dong)通(tong),至此(ci)薛(xue)瓦(wa)(wa)(wa)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)(jian)實現雙線(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)。


薛瓦(wa)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)風(feng)(feng)井(jing)~瓦(wa)屋莊(zhuang)站盾構(gou)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)主要(yao)位(wei)于濱(bin)海(hai)公路(lu)(lu)、南(nan)輔路(lu)(lu)下(xia)方,線路(lu)(lu)出(chu)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)風(feng)(feng)井(jing)沿濱(bin)海(hai)大(da)道及南(nan)輔路(lu)(lu)向東敷設(she)至瓦(wa)屋莊(zhuang)站。薛瓦(wa)盾構(gou)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)右線全(quan)長(chang)665.602米,以4.015‰坡(po)度(du)上行292.076米,然后以27‰坡(po)度(du)上行250米,到達(da)瓦(wa)屋莊(zhuang)站暗(an)挖(wa)段出(chu)洞。盾構(gou)區(qu)(qu)間(jian)主要(yao)穿越:強風(feng)(feng)化(hua)花崗斑巖(yan)(yan)、強風(feng)(feng)化(hua)閃長(chang)巖(yan)(yan)、粉(fen)質黏(nian)土、含黏(nian)性土礫砂、全(quan)風(feng)(feng)化(hua)閃長(chang)巖(yan)(yan)、中風(feng)(feng)化(hua)閃長(chang)巖(yan)(yan)(20-40MPa)、中風(feng)(feng)化(hua)花崗斑巖(yan)(yan)(20-40MPa)、微(wei)風(feng)(feng)化(hua)閃長(chang)巖(yan)(yan)(64.11MPa);為典型的(de)上軟下(xia)硬復合地(di)層。區(qu)(qu)間(jian)地(di)下(xia)水(shui)系主要(yao)為第(di)四系孔(kong)隙(xi)水(shui)和基巖(yan)(yan)裂(lie)隙(xi)水(shui),水(shui)量豐富;區(qu)(qu)間(jian)主要(yao)穿越DN100的(de)給水(shui)管、DN600的(de)污水(shui)管、3000*2000的(de)暗(an)渠、DN325的(de)熱力管、DN200的(de)燃氣管及濱(bin)海(hai)大(da)道等重大(da)危險(xian)源。


被列(lie)為(wei)(wei)青(qing)島地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)I級風險源的(de)(de)薛瓦區(qu)間(jian),為(wei)(wei)確保(bao)本次洞(dong)通時(shi)間(jian)節點順(shun)利兌現,集團公(gong)司和項目(mu)公(gong)司時(shi)刻關(guan)注掘(jue)進(jin)情況,給予施(shi)工(gong)單位幫(bang)扶(fu)指導,認真履行五方(fang)驗(yan)收等(deng)相關(guan)工(gong)作(zuo),中鐵(tie)八(ba)局青(qing)島地鐵(tie)1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)土(tu)建一(yi)標(biao)03工(gong)區(qu)爭分(fen)奪秒、齊心協力,在(zai)總結和分(fen)析前(qian)期(qi)掘(jue)進(jin)參數(shu)的(de)(de)同(tong)時(shi),也(ye)邀請外(wai)部專家現場(chang)指導掘(jue)進(jin)。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)巴斯夫分(fen)散型泡(pao)沫劑(ji)(ji)、黏土(tu)剝除(chu)劑(ji)(ji)、分(fen)散劑(ji)(ji)和調整掘(jue)進(jin)參數(shu)等(deng)措施(shi),有效解決了(le)(le)刀(dao)(dao)(dao)盤結泥餅問題;采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)注入膨潤土(tu)和高分(fen)子聚合(he)物、盾構(gou)管(guan)路(lu)改造、提(ti)(ti)(ti)高操(cao)作(zuo)手業務能力等(deng)措施(shi),解決了(le)(le)硬巖(yan)地層掘(jue)進(jin)噴涌(yong)問題;采(cai)(cai)取控制(zhi)土(tu)倉壓力、提(ti)(ti)(ti)高同(tong)步注漿壓力、補強二次注漿、地面預(yu)加固(gu)注漿等(deng)措施(shi),有效控制(zhi)了(le)(le)地面沉降問題;采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)進(jin)口刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具,減少(shao)了(le)(le)開倉換刀(dao)(dao)(dao)次數(shu),節約換刀(dao)(dao)(dao)時(shi)間(jian)。項目(mu)部加強了(le)(le)現場(chang)設備(bei)維修管(guan)理、刀(dao)(dao)(dao)具管(guan)理和盾尾刷管(guan)理,嚴控各道工(gong)序時(shi)間(jian),有效保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)了(le)(le)盾構(gou)洞(dong)通時(shi)間(jian)節點。薛瓦區(qu)間(jian)右(you)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)洞(dong)通,為(wei)(wei)下(xia)一(yi)步站(zhan)后(hou)施(shi)工(gong)奠定了(le)(le)堅實的(de)(de)基礎,為(wei)(wei)青(qing)島1號(hao)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)試運行提(ti)(ti)(ti)供了(le)(le)前(qian)期(qi)保(bao)證(zheng)(zheng)。
