
2019年1月19日,隨著最后一車(che)混凝土泵送入模(mo),地鐵8號(hao)線膠(jiao)州(zhou)北站主體結構順利封頂。
膠州北站(zhan)(zhan)是地鐵8號線(xian)(xian)起點站(zhan)(zhan),位于膠州北火車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)南側站(zhan)(zhan)前廣場下(xia),與(yu)青平(ping)城際線(xian)(xian)同(tong)臺換乘。車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)總長343m,標準段(duan)寬40.8m,為雙島四(si)線(xian)(xian)同(tong)臺換乘車(che)站(zhan)(zhan),車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)形式為地下(xia)兩(liang)層四(si)跨(局部五跨)矩形框架結構(gou),底板埋深約17.2m,車(che)站(zhan)(zhan)附屬結構(gou)包括4個出入口及(ji)通道(dao)、1個無障礙出入口、3組風(feng)亭及(ji)風(feng)道(dao)、1個消(xiao)防水池及(ji)泵房(fang),施工工藝采用明挖順作法施工。
地(di)鐵8號線(xian)是山東省新舊(jiu)動(dong)能轉(zhuan)換重大(da)項目(mu)庫第一批(pi)優(you)選(xuan)項目(mu),是膠東國際機場(chang)的重要交通(tong)配套工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,市委(wei)主要領導批(pi)示(shi):“地(di)鐵8號線(xian)要爭分奪秒,全(quan)力(li)推進(jin)實現早日(ri)貫通(tong)”。在(zai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)期緊、任務重的條(tiao)件下,八(ba)號線(xian)公司統(tong)(tong)一部署、統(tong)(tong)籌安排(pai)(pai),組(zu)織“三大(da)戰(zhan)役”攻(gong)堅戰(zhan)及勞動(dong)競賽活動(dong),施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)單位項目(mu)部保安全(quan)、抓質量、促進(jin)度(du),建立項目(mu)總控制度(du)并以此為(wei)(wei)據,按照不(bu)(bu)同施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)階段(duan)以各項技(ji)術、管理(li)措施(shi)(shi)(shi)為(wei)(wei)保證手段(duan),進(jin)行施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)全(quan)過程動(dong)態控制,以關鍵節點(dian)路線(xian)為(wei)(wei)主,在(zai)不(bu)(bu)同施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)階段(duan)確定不(bu)(bu)同重點(dian)控制對象(xiang),制定專項施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)細(xi)則,項目(mu)主要管理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)統(tong)(tong)籌施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)現場(chang)安排(pai)(pai),一線(xian)管理(li)人(ren)員(yuan)不(bu)(bu)怕苦、不(bu)(bu)怕累,干晴天(tian)戰(zhan)雨天(tian),加(jia)班加(jia)點(dian)奮斗一線(xian),順利完成關鍵節點(dian)施(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),為(wei)(wei)地(di)鐵8號線(xian)早日(ri)開通(tong)做出了重要貢獻。
