2017年8月2日,青(qing)島(dao)地鐵2號(hao)線石(shi)老人浴場站B出入口過(guo)海爾路(lu)暗(an)(an)挖(wa)通(tong)道上導洞順利貫通(tong),各項(xiang)指標安全(quan)可控,此(ci)通(tong)道是中鐵建(jian)青(qing)島(dao)地鐵2號(hao)線土建(jian)二標附(fu)屬結構開挖(wa)風險最高的暗(an)(an)挖(wa)通(tong)道。
石老人浴場(chang)站B出(chu)入口(kou)暗挖通道(dao)(dao)地(di)處(chu)青島市嶗山區,暗挖通道(dao)(dao)下穿(chuan)城(cheng)市主(zhu)干道(dao)(dao)道(dao)(dao)香港東路與海爾路,地(di)質(zhi)情況復(fu)雜,穿(chuan)越以含(han)淤泥中(zhong)粗(cu)砂(sha)、粉質(zhi)黏土(tu)(tu)、中(zhong)粗(cu)砂(sha)及(ji)含(han)黏性土(tu)(tu)粗(cu)礫砂(sha)為(wei)主(zhu)的第四系表土(tu)(tu)層,圍(wei)巖級(ji)別為(wei)VI級(ji),道(dao)(dao)路下方管線密集,燃氣、給水(shui)、雨(yu)(yu)水(shui)、污水(shui)通信(xin)以及(ji)2.5m×1.9m四孔雨(yu)(yu)水(shui)暗渠,管線較多,開挖風險(xian)極高,為(wei)一級(ji)重(zhong)大風險(xian)源(yuan)。
在(zai)管線(xian)(xian)較多、地質較差等諸(zhu)多不利(li)(li)條件下,建設(she)分公司(si)在(zai)嚴格落(luo)實“暗(an)挖(wa)三要素”、“五方驗收”等管理措施(shi),每周不定期巡查(cha),對暗(an)挖(wa)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)動(dong)態(tai)管理、科學規劃(hua),精心組織施(shi)工(gong)(gong),確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)序(xu)有效銜接、資(zi)源配置到位(wei),2017年(nian)6月(yue)10日(ri)過(guo)香(xiang)港東路暗(an)挖(wa)通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)安(an)(an)(an)全順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)(tong),2017年(nian)7月(yue)27日(ri)過(guo)海(hai)爾(er)(er)路通(tong)(tong)(tong)道(dao)(dao)左上(shang)(shang)導(dao)洞安(an)(an)(an)全順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)(tong),2017年(nian)8月(yue)2日(ri)過(guo)海(hai)爾(er)(er)路上(shang)(shang)導(dao)洞安(an)(an)(an)全順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)(tong)。此(ci)重大風險(xian)的安(an)(an)(an)全順(shun)(shun)利(li)(li)貫(guan)通(tong)(tong)(tong),為2號線(xian)(xian)東段年(nian)底通(tong)(tong)(tong)車提供(gong)了(le)有力保(bao)障。
