地鐵集團行政執法人員開展3月份票務稽查專項整治活動

為(wei)進(jin)一步(bu)維(wei)護正常(chang)運(yun)營秩序(xu)(xu),營造文(wen)明有(you)序(xu)(xu)的乘車環境,3月份,執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)辦組織專職執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)在永(yong)平路站(zhan)、李村站(zhan)開展了為(wei)期3天的票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)務稽(ji)查(cha)(cha)(cha)專項整治活(huo)(huo)動,共發現(xian)(xian)逃(tao)票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)行為(wei)41人次,其中(zhong)(zhong)冒(mao)用(yong)(yong)琴島(dao)通優(you)惠(hui)(hui)卡(ka)40人次,無票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)乘車1人次,共計補票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)金額205元。此次票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)卡(ka)專項整治活(huo)(huo)動結合(he)前(qian)期現(xian)(xian)場稽(ji)查(cha)(cha)(cha)情(qing)況及后臺數(shu)據分析,選(xuan)擇(ze)了優(you)惠(hui)(hui)票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)卡(ka)使用(yong)(yong)頻率(lv)較高(gao)的時(shi)段進(jin)行稽(ji)查(cha)(cha)(cha),稽(ji)查(cha)(cha)(cha)時(shi)間累計12小(xiao)時(shi),其中(zhong)(zhong)早(zao)晚高(gao)峰8小(xiao)時(shi),平峰4小(xiao)時(shi)。執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、客運(yun)服務人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、駐(zhu)站(zhan)公安共同開展稽(ji)查(cha)(cha)(cha),執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)負責(ze)查(cha)(cha)(cha)處違(wei)規使用(yong)(yong)票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)卡(ka)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),客運(yun)服務人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)負責(ze)疏(shu)導乘客,駐(zhu)站(zhan)公安負責(ze)維(wei)持(chi)現(xian)(xian)場秩序(xu)(xu),各(ge)崗位聯動配合(he),共同完成了本次專項整治活(huo)(huo)動。對于少數(shu)有(you)抗(kang)拒行為(wei)的乘客,執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)堅持(chi)依法(fa)(fa)文(wen)明執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa),耐心(xin)宣傳講解(jie)了《青(qing)島(dao)市軌道交(jiao)(jiao)通條例(li)》,并簽(qian)署(shu)《青(qing)島(dao)市軌道交(jiao)(jiao)通文(wen)明乘車承諾(nuo)書(shu)》。今后,執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)辦將繼續組織執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)人員(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)加強日常(chang)執(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)法(fa)(fa)巡(xun)查(cha)(cha)(cha),全面(mian)加大對優(you)惠(hui)(hui)票(piao)(piao)(piao)(piao)卡(ka)冒(mao)用(yong)(yong)的稽(ji)查(cha)(cha)(cha)力(li)度。
