青島(dao)(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)2號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)泰山(shan)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)后折(zhe)返線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)繼右線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)后,2017年1月8日(ri)左線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)順利貫通(tong),至此(ci)(ci)青島(dao)(dao)地(di)鐵(tie)2號線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)運行及折(zhe)返區(qu)(qu)間全(quan)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)洞通(tong)。泰山(shan)路(lu)(lu)站(zhan)(zhan)后折(zhe)返線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)位于市(shi)北老城區(qu)(qu)下方,城區(qu)(qu)建筑年代較(jiao)(jiao)久(jiu)、建筑密度較(jiao)(jiao)大,并下穿多條道(dao)路(lu)(lu)、人防洞室(shi)群及重要管線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian),兼有施(shi)工(gong)場地(di)狹小、施(shi)工(gong)工(gong)法變(bian)換頻繁(fan)等,為重大風險工(gong)點(dian),該段施(shi)工(gong)風險大,信訪(fang)安全(quan)壓力大,管控難度高(gao),此(ci)(ci)次雙(shuang)線(xian)(xian)(xian)(xian)貫通(tong)對今(jin)后老城區(qu)(qu)地(di)鐵(tie)施(shi)工(gong)具有重要借鑒意義。
泰山路(lu)(lu)站站后折(zhe)返線(xian)(xian),區間(jian)全(quan)長(chang)277米,采用鉆爆(bao)法(fa)施工(gong)(gong)(gong),區間(jian)地(di)質變(bian)化(hua)較大(da)(da),中間(jian)穿越5條(tiao)斷層(ceng)破(po)(po)碎帶,區間(jian)上(shang)方(fang)(fang)(fang)既存多(duo)種重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)管線(xian)(xian)及人防洞(dong)室,線(xian)(xian)路(lu)(lu)上(shang)方(fang)(fang)(fang)有(you)泰山路(lu)(lu)、長(chang)山路(lu)(lu)、鐵山路(lu)(lu)、青城(cheng)路(lu)(lu)等(deng)多(duo)條(tiao)道路(lu)(lu),人流(liu)(liu)、車流(liu)(liu)繁忙;洞(dong)身正穿15棟建(jian)筑物(wu),均為(wei)80年(nian)代(dai)前老房(fang)子,其(qi)中有(you)1棟危房(fang),4棟局部危房(fang);該段施工(gong)(gong)(gong)場(chang)地(di)狹(xia)小,施工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)法(fa)變(bian)換頻繁,臺(tai)(tai)階法(fa)、三臺(tai)(tai)階法(fa)、CD法(fa)及雙側壁導(dao)坑法(fa),交互使用,為(wei)重(zhong)大(da)(da)風(feng)險(xian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)點。為(wei)確保(bao)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan),建(jian)設分(fen)公(gong)司(si)多(duo)次組織專家評審,進行(xing)專項(xiang)設計;管理上(shang)嚴(yan)格落實“暗挖三要(yao)(yao)素(su)”,認真依照(zhao)“一(yi)控六(liu)專項(xiang)”進行(xing)管控;承建(jian)該項(xiang)目的中鐵四局,精(jing)心編制(zhi)爆(bao)破(po)(po)方(fang)(fang)(fang)案,積極(ji)使用中孔直眼掏槽爆(bao)破(po)(po)技術,增設減(jian)(jian)震孔、優化(hua)各項(xiang)爆(bao)破(po)(po)參數,保(bao)證了爆(bao)破(po)(po)振速控制(zhi)在設計要(yao)(yao)求內,并在豎井處設置(zhi)隔音棚(peng),減(jian)(jian)少揚塵(chen)、噪聲(sheng)擾民;在參建(jian)各方(fang)(fang)(fang)的共同努(nu)力(li)下,泰山路(lu)(lu)站站后折(zhe)返線(xian)(xian)重(zhong)大(da)(da)風(feng)險(xian)點順利貫通(tong)。
青島地(di)鐵2號線泰山路站(zhan)站(zhan)后(hou)折(zhe)返(fan)線的(de)順利貫通,積累了寶貴(gui)的(de)管理、技術(shu)、施(shi)工經驗,為日后(hou)老(lao)城(cheng)區地(di)鐵施(shi)工提供重要參考。
