12月(yue)14日(ri),青島地鐵13號線嘉靈(ling)區(qu)間(jian)提(ti)前節點工期16天實現(xian)隧道貫(guan)通(tong),成為(wei)全(quan)線第一個(ge)貫(guan)通(tong)的暗(an)挖區(qu)間(jian)。
嘉靈(ling)(ling)區間(jian)起點為(wei)嘉年華車站,終點為(wei)靈(ling)(ling)山衛車站,全(quan)長2263米,其中(zhong)(zhong)地(di)下(xia)(xia)暗挖段雙線長3750延米,是全(quan)線一(yi)級控制性節點工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。該區間(jian)地(di)處濱海(hai)大道(dao)沿線,地(di)層多為(wei)濱海(hai)沉積物(wu)和(he)河流沉積物(wu),地(di)層含(han)水(shui)量(liang)高,地(di)層起伏變化大,其中(zhong)(zhong)有近600米地(di)段為(wei)VI級富水(shui)軟弱圍巖,局(ju)部(bu)還存(cun)在(zai)碎裂巖,地(di)質(zhi)情況差,安全(quan)系數低,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)難度(du)大,嚴(yan)重影(ying)響(xiang)了隧道(dao)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du)與安全(quan)。對此,西海(hai)岸軌道(dao)公司科學管(guan)理調度(du),組(zu)織(zhi)各參建單(dan)位采用袖(xiu)閥(fa)管(guan)注漿工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝對地(di)表進行加(jia)(jia)固,在(zai)正(zheng)線施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)中(zhong)(zhong)明確五方(fang)主(zhu)體(ti)責任,重點加(jia)(jia)強不良地(di)質(zhi)管(guan)控,并根據現場(chang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)情況及時優(you)化施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝與方(fang)案,在(zai)保證施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)安全(quan)質(zhi)量(liang)的前(qian)提下(xia)(xia),加(jia)(jia)快區間(jian)暗挖施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進度(du),順利解決了下(xia)(xia)穿臥(wo)龍河等重難點施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)任務(wu),確保嘉靈(ling)(ling)區間(jian)提前(qian)安全(quan)優(you)質(zhi)貫通。
